1. FBKU-R ( Rotative ) On / Off Calibration

The valve is tested and calibrated by RIZZIO but if is needed a new calibration follow the instructions below with valve in CLOSE position: 1. Unscrew the bolt and remove the local position indicator; 2. Unscrew the socket-head-screws and remove the E-Act cover; 3. Unscrew the grub-screw and rotate the dimmer in clockwise direction until the calibration RED led is lit; 4. Screws the grub-screw, Open and Close the valve to see the correct indication on the position led; 5. If calibration are OK, close the E-Act cover and screw the socket-head-screws; 6. Install the local indicator and screw the bolt. If you replace the FBKU-R or the Dimmer be careful to install the dimmer in a correct way according the picture.

2. FBKU-L ( Linear ) On / Off Calibration

The valve is tested and calibrated by RIZZIO but if is needed a new calibration follow the instructions below with valve in CLOSE position: 1. Unscrew the socket-head-screws and remove the Actuator cover; 2. Unscrew the grub-screw and move the dimmer in down direction until the calibration RED led is lit; 3. Screws the grub-screw, Open and Close the valve to see the correct indication on the position led; 4. If calibration are OK, close the Actuator cover and screws the socket-head-screws; If you replace the FBKU-L or the Dimmer be careful to install the dimmer in a correct way according the picture.

3. FBKU-R A ( Rotative ) Throttling Calibration

The valve is tested and calibrated by RIZZIO but if is needed a new calibration follow the instructions below with valve in CLOSE position: 1. 2. 3. 4. Unscrew the bolt and remove the local position indicator; Unscrew the socket-head-screws and remove the E-Act cover; Unscrew the grub-screw and puts the dimmer in the drawing position; Screws the grub-screw, Open and Close the valve to see the correct indication on the position led; 5. If calibration are OK, close the E-Act cover and screw the socket-head-screws; 6. Install the local indicator and screw the bolt. If you replace the FBKU-R A or the Dimmer be careful to install the dimmer in a correct way according the picture.
