Learning Objective:
The students will know the various communities in which they live as well as key
geographical terms by creating an informational graphic organizer.
Here is the flip book that we will be making in class (show the students)
I have already created the flip book for you. As a class, we will write and paste
pictures in our flip book.
Dismiss students by groups to get their scissors and glue sticks from their cubbies.
Instruction:
First have the students label each of the pages of the flip book.
Hand out the pictures. Have the students cut out the pictures from the page.
