Introduction
Agricultural sector in most countries depends on the significant research that obtained by research centers, step followed by a publishing and generalizing to the farmers and its methodology for cultivation, but worth mentioning that researches should be applied on the type that demanded and desired in the market and its suitability to the local climate, for that a role of agricultural extension to collect data is very effective in this area. Databank information is includes a wide range of data types that have been collected from a primary or secondary sources at a high level of detail to the lowest levels. It has been organized into the categories of data fields; each containing of more sets of sub-categories that include information on specific topic. The best ways to deal with evidence and to make process easier with less time consuming of analysis is to using a web tools for communication.
Problem statements
Failure to obtain necessary data in a timely manner is the main reason for lack of solutions to many problems in the agricultural sector. Because before starting of any plan it must to have an accurate data in order to make a wider vision to take a right direction. And the region so far has not reached a solution to its core of the current problems that faced sector, we see the peasants on the one hand are not satisfied with the services provided by the Ministry for the purpose of support and facilitation, and research centers not on the track facing the fact that the agricultural extension centers and research have not to give them new information solutions.
