All particulars given on this completed registration form are true and correct and SAFRA has the right to
reject any incomplete forms.
I am aware that I will undergo the activity at my own risk, and thereby release SAFRA, its staff and agents
from all liabilities, which may arise during this activity.
I understand that fees, coaches, venues and dates, are subject to change without prior notice.
Fees paid are non-refundable, unless the activity is cancelled by SAFRA. In special circumstances, official
proof must be produced and refund shall be determined on case-to-case basis.
