2. Research methodology
Research methodology is the process of conducting scientific enquires starting with searching a problem, identifying sources of data, collecting the required data, analyzing the collecting data, interpreting the data and results and writing a report. 2.1Research Design Research Design is the plan, structure and strategy of investigation conceived so as to obtain answers to research questions and to control variance. Research design can be grouped in to three categories: Exploratory Research Design Descriptive Research Design Causal Research Design
Descriptive study is suitable because of this study helps to describe the situation. A detail descriptive about present situation can be finding with the help of the descriptive study. In this involve the analysis of the situation using the secondary data. 2.2Collection of data: There are two types of sources for data collection 1. Primary data: it means the data which are collect at first time 2. Secondary data: the secondary data is the data which have been gathered earlier for some other purpose. I used for the study secondary sample like websites and books. 2.3Sample unit: Executives of HR departments 2.4 Sample size: I have chosen 20 people for this survey. 2.5 Sampling method Here, I have used convenient sampling method. 2.6 Analysis of data I have used Questionnaire for this survey.
3. Limitation
1. Time is limited to study such a wide area. 2. There is problem in finding complete data. 3. As secondary source is used, the accuracy may be doubtful.
4.The employees were busy with their daily schedule and it was very much difficult for them to give time. 5.Personal biasness of various employees may have supplied wrong data.
