(45 days remand in 17 cases, arrested in 43 cases, a total of 120 cases against him) There is no citizen in the independent Bangladesh who can allege of crime against him. He is Delawar Hosen- an audacious youth, who was born after around 12 years of the liberation war of Bangladesh, is the Central President of the largest students ideal organization Bangladesh Islami Chhatrashibir (BICS). BICS is a student organization whichs all activists from the top to the root, are honest, skilled, and intelligent, good characteristic and non-smoker. Delawar Hosen has been performing his

responsibility with generosity since he took office of this organization. And this is his only wrong in the eye the government and arrested him on March 31, 2013 from his relatives house in Shamoli area of Dhaka.

Despite worst condition of his body, court again granted the remand appeal of the police for 18 days (Source: daily Prothom-alo; April 15, 2013). This period is going on till now. Earlier, he was remanded for 19 days though the court granted for 14 days. Delawars old aged mother rushed to Dhaka from Thakurgaon (500 kilometers aw ay from Dhaka) to know the condition of his beloved son but failed. As like as the detention center of Guantanamo, he was tortured tying his hands, legs and eyes keeping in the unknown place. His nails of hands and nails have been picked out (Source: Daily Jugantor; April 10, 2013). Even so, no treatment facility has been given to this popular leader. His family and his organization no nothing about his condition or where he has been kept right now. Incumbent government and the judicial department have been expressing dishonor to the human rights without any contradiction. The government has been presenting them as mad ahead of the nation by filing hundreds of cases against Delawar Hosen. This fascist government has making a blue print to disable him to death amid torture (Source: daily Nayadiganta; April 17, 2013). Newspapers report that police has prepared around 350 cases against him to file (Source: daily Jugantor; April 17). Such kind of example is rare in the world. Government has released top terror like Bikash Kumar Biswash, acused of Gama killing case who were waiting to be hanged (Source: Dainik Prothom-alo; November 16, 2012). Meanwhile, government has detained the popular student leader in false cases and he was deprived of minimum fundamental rights. Countrymen have been informed about the torture amid media. Killing-missing politics of Mohajote government: Around 800 people were killed and missed in political violence during the reign of incumbent

Awami League (AL) led Grand-Alliance government. Democratic and human rights situation decreased tremendously in 2012. AL launched the politics of missing with the missing incident

of opposition partys joint secretar y Ilias Ali. And that has been changed into genocide this year finally. They have been passing days amid killings and missing after they have taken over office. There has been no trial of sensitive killings of the journalists couple Sagor -Runi and Biswajit. Killers have not been brought to book though they have killed in daylight and media have telecasted live the scene of killing. On the other hand, government has selected to torture them who have been working for the welfare and development of the youth society and the country. Members of law enforcing agencies have killed total sum of 170 mass people according to the direction of the government after the verdict of Maolana Delawar Hosen Sayedee. Most recently on May 5 midnight, ten thousands law enforcers went on a massive operation with heavy arms at Motijheel area in Dhaka city and killed an unknown figure of demonstrating Hefejot activists asleep. This genocide was one of the talks of the world media. Such kind of genocide was never held in Bangladesh after the liberation war period. Besides, over five thousands youths have been detained in different false cases. Their families are passing days amid uncertainty. Recently, USA foreign department has published a report expressing deep concern about the killings, missing and torture on the people by the government.

Besides, there has been going on mass rally and countrywide Hartal (Strike) demonstration program (SourceDainik Nayadiganta; April 18, 2013). Human rights where shed tears in silence: Delawar Hosen is a citizen of Bangladesh by birth who has been grown in the air, light of this country. But, he seems to be deprived of basic rights according to the direction of unknown authority. Not only Delawar Hosen but also his entire family is being deprived from minimum basic rights. H is kept in unknown place from the after he was arrested. His mother Toioba Khatun informed in the press conference that she failed to know where is her son. She also alleged that she appealed to the court with the help of lawyer, but failed. She informed that her son was tortured too inhumanly that her son was senseless several days at a stretch. Incumbent government has made Bangladesh unsafe for the civilized society. They have fixed human rights only for the party men. Whole nation is endangered now. New generation is growing in a tremendous era. Law and order situation has degraded tremendously. Judicial department is being conducted now according to the governments determination. But, Bangladesh might be a country of liberal democratic ideology. The future of Bangladesh will not be protected from ruined, if the misruling of the government cant be stopped. Terror of ruling partys student wing: The student wing of the ruling party Bangladesh Chhatra League (BCL) has been extortingattacking-killing-injuring the opposition activists as well as the mass people in day light, but

never is brought to book. BCL is known to the people of Bangladesh as a terror organization. A recent report published in weekly Sonar Bangla says that different educational institutions were closed sine die for 68 times due to the BCL infighting (Sonar Bangla; Nov 16, 2012). Around 25-26 thousands of students have been forced to leave their dormitories. BCL locked in clashes around 187 times. Among the clashes, 48 in different Thana and district unit, leaving 3185 injured of the oppositions. Besides, BCL attacked on the opposition organizations and locals for 56 times. Police, journalists, institution authorities and female students guardians have filed cases against 542 BCL men. BCL killed 23 meritorious students in last four years. Besides, BCLs extortion, sex business, raping, admission business were made lead news on the media. But, the government has yet to take any action against these. Government has been nurturing these culprits. On the other hand, government has been torturing those who are working to build a prosperous Bangladesh protecting the youth from going to downhill. Government is doing these avoiding the call of human rights, laws and not giving ear to the weep of those mothers who have lost their sons. Government is trying to oppose Chhatrashibir with a plan. Law enforcers have arrested around 5000 leaders and activists already. They have been torturing on these detainees intolerably. Biswajit was killed in daylight, but his killers were remanded for only eight days, Sohel Rana who killed over 1127 RMG workers, was remanded for only 15 days. On the other hand, president of BICS Delawar Hosen has been remanded for 45 days on the false allegation of vandalizing vehicles. The social system of Bangladesh will break down if such kind of cruelty and unruly action is continued. We adjure the government to release the president of BICS withdrawing all false cases. We also adjure all sincere walks of the people to raise their voice supporting our logical demands and against the tyrannical actions of the government. #.......................
