Upon stipulation of the parties, it is hereby ordered: 1. Defendants will immediately cease publication and distribution of (a) the

19 press release issued by Laser Key II LP and Robert E. Almblad on December 16, 1999 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 (the "Press Release"), a copy of the text of which is attached hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated by this reference, and (b) any false and misleading publicity or statements about Plaintiff or Plaintiff s products; 2. Within five days Defendants will delete, remove and destroy any copies of

the Press Release that are available for view by the public, whether they are available on the Internet or otherwise;

Within five days Defendants will disclose in writing to Plaintiff the identity

of each and every person, web site, e-mail address and other location to which the Press Release or any similar communication has been sent, together with such information as Defendants have about the further distribution by third parties of the Press Release or any similar communication; and 4. Within five days Defendants will transmit in the same manner(s) in which

the Press Release has been transmitted, the following statement, without additional comment or explanation: Laser Key Modifies Press Release of Dec. 16. LIBERTYVILLE, Ill., Dec. _, 1999 [insert identifying release information] --Laser Key II LP and Robert E. Almblad today modified their press release of December 16, 1999. On December 16, 1999, Laser Key II LP and Robert E Almblad issued a "Press Release," which may have led to confusion, both about the source of the press release itself, and about certain statements in it. Laser Key and Mr. Almblad apologize for any misunderstanding the press release may have caused. 1. The Press Release was not prepared, reviewed in advance, issued or endorsed by Axxess Technologies, Inc. or by SunSource, Inc. The descriptions ofAxxess and SunSource at the end of the press release and references to the internet home page ofAxxess were made without express permission ofAxxess or SunSource. 2. Notwithstanding anything said in the Press Release, the key duplication equipment ofAxxess does not rely on the skill of an operator to trace-cut a key, and has an error rate of approximately five percent, not the 30%-50% error rate stated in the Press Release. 3. Axxess is not discussing with Laser Key or with Mr. Almblad any method of replacing current Axxess machines with any Laser Key equipment. Axxess has not tested the new compact machine under development by Laser Key, and has neither stated an intention nor considered seriously whether to enter into any new business transaction
