Year and Section: IT 2C Title: Enrollment System Company Name: Institute of Enterprise Solutions Philippines Introduction: This project focuses on the enrollment activity of the school. It will be based on the traditional enrollment form and the processes included in storing the files. In the manual enrollment system, upon completing the enrollment form, the student is determined if he or she is under a scholarship program or not then fees is being calculated. The students then classified according to year and section then file them up on their designated jacket. Objective: This study will help the faculty and staffs of Institute of Enterprise Solutions Philippines make enrollment easy with the aid of the Automated Enrollment System. It will also generate the students database for easy and secure access of the files. Statement of the Problem: Due to the increasing number of enrollees, the manual enrollment system will decrease its efficiency in terms of adding, updating, searching and filing the records. Proposed Solution: Through the aid of Automated Enrolling System, adding, updating, searching and filing of records will be more easier since the they will be automatically stored in the enrollment database system upon adding or updating individual records of a student. Scope and Delimitations: This study aims to develop an Automated Enrollment System for Institute of Enterprise Solutions Philippines. 1. It limits to store the data of the student (First name, Last name, MI, section, year level, and Subjects Enrolled) 2. Only Authorized personnel will be allowed to use the system (Admin) 3. It generates information for Enrollment, Transcript, and TESDA databases. Note: Due to complexity of the schools business process, Grading System and Billing or Assessment System will be separated from the proposed system, although, these systems can be added in due time.

System Requirements Checklist Output The system must produce a printed copy of the receipt and the completed registration form. The system must generate data for the Enrollment, Transcript of Record, and TESDA form database. Input The student must fully accomplish the enrollment form. Input data must include the Full Name, Address, Guardian, Birthday, Age, Gender, Contact Info, Educational Background, Credentials, Status, Civil Status, and Payment Breakdown. Process The system must automatically determine whether the student is OLD or NEW. If the student is OLD, his/her profile will be updated; else, it will add a new student record. The system must also determine the student whether he/she is a scholar. If the student is under a scholarship program, excess fee will be deducted from the total fee. The system must also determine the status of the student upon enrolling, i.e., REGULAR OR IRREGULAR/MODULAR. Performance The system must properly compute the fees. The system must fulfill the needs of the admin when it comes to enrollment system. The system must fasten the enrollment processing and data storing time. Control The system must have an easy but full security access control, to be manage only by the enrollment officer or cashier.
