Responsibilities Responsible for the full-life cycle search and recruitment of high-level candidates within the Information Technology industry including permanent (direct hires), contract, contract for hire and special project consultants. Duties included sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and selection, offer negotiations and closing. Formatted, corrected and improved resumes for submittal. Prioritized, wrote and posted all job submittals to job boards. Managed a team of FIVE members. Maintained weekly report / monthly report and sent it to the upper management. Experienced working on all TAX TERMS (W2, 1099, CORP-CORP) Post Held : Delivery Manager / Recruiting Manager (Jan 2009 - Jan 2011) : Planning the recruiting process and work close with the recruiting team to fill the requirements for our key accounts. Generating monthly report, working closely with Accounts Managers, upper management, recruiting team. Making sure the quality of resumes, meeting the requirements of the client.
