This leaflet provides information relating to the charges for the consideration of work
permit applications. These guidance notes are updated regularly, therefore, please
read these notes before filling in the form. This supersedes all previously issued
guidance. For the purpose of these guidance notes, the terms ‘we’, ‘us’ and ‘our’ refer
to the Border and Immigration Agency.
