GENERAL SUMMARY :

Manages personal positions and functions of a administration department and holding educational development. The administrator responsible for educational system in which training department has such as : educational information, registration ,training course , short course , process of admin department to ensure the customers need, certificate qualifies, new promotion and others necessary for education system. :

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Present:

ADMINISTRATOR Responsibilities include: - To receive on order from General Manager - Select CV to interview - Monthly Managing Project and Report - Operating work processing equipment - Composing Letters for executive - Scheduling Appointments with Teacher, Receptionist, Security, Cleaner - Ordering equipment and supplies - Photocopying and Duplicating and Fill document - Controlled Staffs document

- Others OFFICE ASSISTANCE Responsibilities include: + Short course Responsibility Monthly report direct to general manager. Controlled all students Part-time list Student s application form or Registration form Memo to the students Result Designed Certification or Recommendation for students Promote New class of students in degree Organized Seminaries or Workshops for students + Bachelor and Associate degree Lecturer s Attendance, make sure Lecturers on time Students Attendance and morality in class and out class. Students Scores Students Registration form or application form Transfer document between Institute and Ministry Quoted and selected CV for GM to interview. Marketing activities

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

- First Year of Master degree with major course MBA, business management, a combination of experience, education and social training course. - Graduated bachelor degree of English education. This was a Bachelor Program focusing on teaching English to speakers of other languages. Students were required to ensure advanced level of English accuracy before being allowed to focus on the methodologies of teaching English, especially in Cambodian context. - More importantly, students were required to undergo a tough teaching practicum with the real

students in the real class when they were in year 4, semester 2. In this sense, I was able to successfully to complete all the requirements of the university to satisfy the course. - Ability to display the idea clearly in speaking, written and communication skill. - Assure to independently plan and organize ones own activities. - Knowledge of HR computer applications desirable.
