2013 Winter Festival Vendor Application

Thank you for your interest in the Winter Festival (benefiting Toys for Tots). The event will be held on December 14, 2013 at 10am to 4pm. Event will take place at the Kimberton Fairgrounds Flex Building located at 61 Firehouse Lane off of Route 113 in Kimberton, PA. Vendor Specifics: Vendors will be awarded space based on many criteria including timeliness of application, payment received, no other identical vendors and ability to guarantee Christmas delivery or having stock on hand. If you are accepted as a vendor you will receive a receipt, if you are not accepted we will return your application and check. Final determinations are made by 10/15. Exhibitor spots consist of one 8 rectangular table with two chairs. (There is no room for additional chairs, racks or shelves at the table) - if you need additional space you will have to purchase more than one space, there are NO EXCEPTIONS! There is a cancellation/unavailability clause (please read below). You must be able to guarantee Christmas delivery or have stock on hand day of event. Vendor Spaces are $50. Additional tables are sold at a $5 discount after the first table. Please write in the name of the person that told you about this vendor opportunity. There will be NO raffle items required of vendors or toy donations.

FINAL DECISIONS ON VENDOR ACCEPTANCE WILL BE MADE NO LATER THAN OCTOBER 15, 2013. Cancellation Policy: If you are unable to attend you have to find someone else to take your place. This Release and Waiver is being executed by the undersigned for and consideration of the promoters, coordinators and employees of The Winter Festival permitting the undersigned to participate in a Toy for Tots Winter Festival in the fire hall during the times listed above. The undersigned has offered his or her services as a participant in The Winter Festival. It has been explained to the undersigned, and in this document, that although such participation in the Winter Festival is greatly appreciated that the coordinators, promoters, volunteers and Kimberton Fire Hall, its agents, employees, officers and board members, are exempt from any and all claims that such participant may have as a result of sustaining personal injury, property damage or any other loss whatsoever. By signing this Release, the undersigned participant gives up his or her right to make any claim whatsoever against the employees, promoters, coordinators, volunteers of The Winter Festival and the Kimberton Fire Hall, its agents, employees, officers, and Board Members on account of any losses incurred by the undersigned including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, and any and all loses. This Release and Waiver is signed voluntarily by the undersigned, without coercion or duress. The undersigned has been given time to consider signing this Release and also time to read and comprehend release. This release may not be amended by oral statements or representations of any party.
