Tardy Troubles: These eLeader researched and found a solution for tracking tardies, and student movement during classes. Time Station App using QR Codes. They have piloted it and are set to present to our principal and superintendent.

Where do we start?
-1st need your principal, and district on board with your plans -will need to work closely with your building principal (district) as you design the program -teacher input (for what to teacher, and student recommendations) is essential to success -need to have policies & procedures, mobile agreement, and behavioral contract (samples can be found on internet)

Where do we start?
-decide what you want your eLeaders to be responsible for (start small) -set regular work times and dates for eLeaders to work -have eLeaders keep a log, and daily journal.
