Advantages: 1) Activities will push through as expected. 2) The activity will be done prior to examinations & elections. Disadvantages: 1) 2) 3) 4) 5) 6) 7) The preparations are behind. The program might turn-out to be half-baked or quality might be compromised. Budgetary allocation is not yet available. Problem on rental of capable Lights and Sounds System at tolerable price. No quality time for rehearsals/practices for presentors and candidates. Competition conflict against 6 Cycleminds Concert at other school. No good marketing and advertising of activities.

Recommendation:

To push through the activity tomorrow and Friday would promote PUNCTUALITY of the activity since CSO Days are annually scheduled on these dates and some UBians are already expecting on it.

Advantages: 1) 2) 3) 4) 5) 6) 7) Disadvantages: 1) The activity might be too late already. Recommendation: With this proposal, what is given more value is the QUALITY of the event. University of Bohol is known of conducting great and well-done activities making it a legacy and so we would not like to break the heritage considering CSO Days as the first activity this year. Enough preparations can be done without rushing. Better quality of the activities especially UB Got Talent can be more achieved. Budgetary allocations would already be released. Lights and Sounds System Services by Album/JVL can already be rented. It would offer more than enough time for practices and rehearsals. No competition / conflict of activity to other school. Better marketing and advertising of activities.
