2.125" O.D. Gearmotor, 1125 oz-in Cont. Torque, 75.1:1 reduction, +24VDC winding Pittman's GM14000 Series spur gearmotors feature sintered steel gears, are available in two stack lengths, and come in with side exit terminals. Pittman's LO-COG brush-commutated DC gearmotors offer smooth, quiet operation and long life. Armatures are skewed to minimize magnetic cogging, even at low speeds, and windings are resin impregnated for greater reliability in incremental motion applications. Integrated Hewlett-Packard optical encoders are available on all models for reliable position, velocity, and direction feedback. All encoders feature rugged metal housings, 5-VDC operation, and TTL outputs. Extensive options are available including: different reduction ratio's and encoder resolutions, custom cables, optional brush materials, EMI/RFI suppression networks, shaft modifications, shaft-mounted pulleys and gears, ball bearings, special windings and electromechanical brakes. All PittmanExpress gearmotor products are made with quality materials such as high-reliablity ball bearings and high performance gears. All gearmotors and encoders are dynamically tested to verify critical operating parameters.
