CONCLUSION
There is no regular and institutionalized data system to monitor and evaluate social protection services

The existing monitoring and evaluation system in Mongolia is not fully capturing social protection services

The suggestion arises to set up integrated and regular institutional system on social protection be it at ML or at NSO

Building the capacity of estimating and disseminating of social protection indicators

Improving use of social protection indicators for decision makers can help to institutionalization and strengthening monitoring and evaluation of social services
