In the above report which aims to improve to customer satisfaction in MCDONALD, researcher has taken the random sample of 200 people from the population. In the above research, researcher has taken the sample of 100 customers and from the given sample more than 50% are females and rest is males. Her claim was so powerful that even CEO himself told that girl that good that you have guts and after that they changed their taste and stopped offering toys along with their food. In the above figure, it is being concluded that large part of people says that their prices are cheap as they provide veg burger in just 25 Rs. It is affordable for everyone. While on the other side, people says that it is very costlier as compare to other joints like Nirulas. They are offering a complete meal on a very high price. 9) In all are you satisfied with McDonalds? People said that, they are not satisfied not dissatisfied with McDonald. They are on neutral state in case of McDonalds. For some they are serving best for some it become junk food, for some it is expensive and for some it is cheap. Thats why feedback that found out form this questionnaire is neutral. Still McDonalds are one of the leading fast food joint in this world and profit making company.
