Could a prudent mind reach a conclusion that those who took an oath in upholding the Constitution also took an oath to uphold Amendments to the Constitution? Many of your local public banks prior too and during the current financial fiasco followed the laws of the land. However, research reveals that many of the big national banks did not follow the laws of the land. Here lies a Constitutional quandary, for those elected and under Constitutional Oath to just the Constitution would be required to have aided and comforted an enemy. It matters not to the people if the weapon of choice is made of gun powder or financial design. The use of any weapon against the people of the United States would serve to identify those as an enemy of the state. Summarily, for any party to support such enemy they would themselves have chosen to also be an enemy of the state. In applying just the Constitution to oath, those elected where having given financial bailout aid and did not offer any degree of comfort would not be guilty in violating civil rights. However, in just upholding an oath only to the Constitution and not applying 14th Amendment, whereas the 14th Amendment provides one only needs to aid, prudence of mind denotes a willful attempt to circumnavigate law by the people for the people. As such, for those who only having taken an oath to uphold just the Constitution and not applicable Amendments, prudence of mind may provide insight as to not only being an enemy of the state, but for those who hold offices requiring oath could it be the eyes of the beholding people would see that of a traitor?

For those elected or to be elected, money will not buy votes for a Treasonable Traitor! So help me God.
