1. Introduction
This User Manual contains all essential information for the user to make full use of the information system. This manual includes a description of the system functions and capabilities and step-by-step procedures for system access and use. The purpose of this User Manual is to give the end users an step-by-step explanation how to use the system to its full extend. This manual is focussed on the parts that only the end-user will use. Any other information that is inapplicable is left out. This Manual is divided in the following chapters: 1. Introduction This will give a brief introduction of why this document is written and for who it is written. 2. Add Users In this chapter we will give you a step-by-step commentation how to add a user on the server. 3. Add Group In this chapter we will give you a step-by-step commentation how to add a group on the server. 4. Delete Group In this chapter we will give you a step-by-step commentation how to delete a group on the server. 5. Show Orderlist When you added an order (see chapter 6) you can show the order list. Here we will explain how you can do that. 6. How to add an order For the users who need to register orders, you can look at this chapter for all the information you need.

If at any time you have problems reading the manual you can contact your team leader or manager. They will be able to answer the questions you have to prevent any indistinctness. 2. Add users
When this system is implemented, this will be a clean system. That means that there are no users yet. To make sure the employee can make use of this system, they have to get an account. This chapter of this document is intended for key users who are authorized for adding users in this system. There will also be a part where we will describe how you can make groups and add users to these groups.

2.1 How to add a user


Step 1: To add users, first open a webbrowser. It works on all browsers, so you can just use the one you normally use. A few examples are Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome. After you have opened the webbrowser, type exactly what is in the next image: (Its very important that you type https:// before the IP-adres number!)

Step 2: After you entered the IP-adres in the webbrowser you will see this image appear: Click on Ik begrijp de risicos.

You will see the next screen appear: Click on Uitzondering toevoegen

Finally you can click on beveiligingsuitzondering bevestigen.

Step 3:

The Username is the name which you have received from your chief or administrator. The Password is the name which you have received from your chief or administrator. Then click Enter.

Step 4: You are now logged in. On the left side of the screen you can see this menu:

Now click on Users and Groups. A menu will now drop down. Now click Users.

Step 5: When you see this screen you will be able to fill in the user data.

Username: The login name of the user. First name: The first name of the user. Last name: The surname / last name of the user. Comment: If there are any minutiae about this user, you can fill this in here (optional) Password: The password of the user. Retype password: Retype the password. Group: If a group is already made, it is possible to add the relevant user tot his group. If you have filled in all of these fields, click Add You have now succesfully created a user.

3. Add group
Step 1: On the left side of the screen click Users and Groups

Step 2: Now click Groups

Step 3: You can now give the group a name. Group: Enter the name of the group. Comment (optional): Enter additional information of the group. After you filled this in, click Add and Edit You have now successfully added a group.

4. Delete group
Step 1: Example of a made group

Click on Edit

Step 2: Click on Delete Group

You have now successfully deleted a group.

5. Show orderlist
Step 1: To show the orderlist, you must go to the following link: https://sites.google.com/a/etn205.podspot.org/getconnected You will be asked to log in to Google Apps. The login information are the same as the login information of the Zentyal server. Username: Fill in the username that is given by power user or administrator Password: Fill in the password that is given by power user or administrator

6. How to add an order


When an order is placed, and can be viewed by the office, it has to be possible to add this order on the website. The reason behind this is because if this is not the case, the employees of the warehouse can not see the picking list. That means they can not process the orders. Step 1: Click: Bestelling toevoegen

In this image, an example has already been given of a made order. To add extra orders, add the number of the product in the textbox. Click: Add. The result is that the order is added to the list. Step 2: Click Save. The employees are now ready to register themselves into the orders. You can also click cancel to cancel the order. You will go back to the main menu.
