Vee solution, david watson the founder of the company, established the company in 1-sep-2012. The company basically deals with the high quality technical assistance to our client round the clock. About Company: - Vee Solutions are dedicated to providing low cost, high quality personal computer optimization services. Our expert technicians assist our clients in identifying and cleaning PC viruses, adding virus software if required, improving speed and overall PC performance, eliminating spy ware, and assisting in email and other application set up processes. Recruiting: - Hiring is done on daily basis as per the requirement of the business process. During hiring the candidate is said about the job profile & also about the flexibility of the shift he or she will be in to. Band: - The Company does maintain band structure according to the hierarchy of the associate in the company. According to the band that the associate belongs to certain facilities & responsibilities are also mandates. Policy: - The Company has two different policies one as Corporate Policy & the other as Business Process Policy. The two policies are different from each other. . Code of Conduct:Punctuality: - The Company is very particular with the punctuality of each & every person who so ever is associated with

the company. Without any prior notice turning up late in the office will be considered as Incompetent, inefficient, negligent & unethical. Attendance: - Stitch in time saves nine is the main motto of our company. To be in time at the office premises is the basic need that our company asks for. Leave will always be only on approvals, approved by the higher authority. No sms will be entertained what so ever may be the circumstances. Intimation should be made by calling up the concerned team leader. There is no leave for the first 6 months in the company, if any crisis arises, the company can only provide 2 (two) leaves in the first 6 (six) months according to the situation of the company. After completion of 6 (six), the company will provide annually 6 (six) sick leave & 12 (twelve) paid leave. An associate who will be absent for two long consecutive days will be considered as absconding & full & final settlement may take a longer time or even can be kept on hold. If any leave is taken without any prior intimation, which is more than 1 (one) day, two days salary will be deducted. The company will also certify along with a certificate if anybody is punctual & consistent in maintaining the attendance. Performance: - A performance structure is maintained by the company to give appraisal, promotions & hike in band. If an associate is a consistent performer a performance certificate will be issued on the completion of every month on the basis of the performance made by the associate. Salary Structure: - A different salary structure for each & every band that an associate is in is maintained by the company. The company does also maintain salary parity each & every time a person is hired. The proposed salary shall be reviewed from time to time based on the performance consistently, according to the decision taken by the management.

Salary Period: - The Companys salary period is from every month 21st to 20th of the next month. The salary will be disbursed with in 1st of the next month. If anybody is absent for a week or more, at a stretch without any approval company may not allow him or her to join back, if approved also his or her salary will be disbursed on a later date. If absent on medical ground then proper authentic documents should be provided for joining back. Income Tax: - Under the provision of the Income tax act 1961, or any other taxes or levies that may be payable on the salary and the other benefits are prerequisites shall be chargeable in the hands of the employee concerned. Integrity: - Misconduct, Incorporate behavior & use of foul languages inside the office premises will never be entertained, anything which is not easy to go for the company may end up to termination. Web site which is not for office use should not be accessed from the office. If caught, concerned person & the whole team will be highly penalized with a sum of Rs.500 each. Repetation of such may lead to termination. If any property of the company is damaged by mishandling by anybody, concerned person will be responsible. Exit Clearance: - An associate has to serve 30 (thirty) days, after the resignation submission to the company. Any associate who would not like to serve the notice period will have to pay 30 (thirty) days salary in lieu thereof. No salary, incentives or dues would be paid unless the companys management has received & accepted a written notice in the form of resignation 30 days in advance from the date of discontinuation. Need to submit the companys liabilities that are still with the associate. Full & final settlement will done with in 45 (forty five) working days. If any one is absconding for more than 3 (three) days, will be terminated as well as dues will not be cleared.

Joining Documents: - Permanent address proof, 3 copies of photographs (passport size).If experienced, relieving letter or pay slip or need to sign a declaration with the company that he has already left the previous company mentioning the date. Stationary: - Identity cards, Temporary cards (for new joinee & trainee).Greetings (Birthday wishes, tenure in company, anniversary wishes etc). Stationary for new joinee (Brochure of Company, pen, note book etc).
