Project &Experience
Project Visitor Alert System
Description A remote mobile alert system allows the user to remotely attend to the visitors coming to his home during his absence. The user can interact with the visitor from his mobile phone in form of images and messages. The visitor can communicate with the help of a webcam, LCD screen and a keypad placed outside the house. The user can also trigger the alarm remotely in case any suspicious activity is seen on the image taken by the camera. Roles & Responsibilities Worked on the JAVA module operating on the PC side, which ensures proper working of hardware components in response to the commands from the mobile. Took lead in pre configuring the entire project setup for testing and demonstration purpose. Lead the project presentation for the team.

Traineeship Experience
Taken part in a summer vocational training at BSNL, ALTTC (Advanced Level Telecom Training Centre, Ghaziabad). This training demonstrated the basic concepts of routing a call and how communication between two end-users is established in todays modern world. Key learnings: End to end Mobile call establishment through mobile network Broadband setup and functioning. GSM & CDMA operation. Digital Telephone Exchange operation.

Achievements
Was a topper in Computer Concepts & Programming in 1 st year engineering. Was among the top 2 students in the VB & Oracle (Informatics Practices) class, during 11 th& 12th std. Represented college in many football competitions including VTU Football Tournament held at Bangalore in 2011. Participated in TCS Tech Bytes quiz competition held in Bangalore.

Extracurricular Activities &Interests

Football is my favorite sport and I play at center midfielder position. Follow international football leagues like EPL, La Liga and UEFA champions league. Im passionate about real time strategy computer games like Age of Empires. I also enjoy playing soccer games like FIFA & PES. Playing keyboard is one of my favorite hobbies. Im good at playing Hindi songs and sometimes creating my own music. Im learning guitar as well.
