Check draft. Discussion with officer and know tanks position in ship. Take samples. Ullage gauging and take temperature and calculate volume and quantity. Prepare documents and collect documents from chief officer. After completion of discharge again carry out ullage gauging. After completion of discharge prepare final documents.

Bunker Supply Procedure: 1. Check bunker prior to fuel feeling. After completion of fuel feeling again check bunker. 2. During fuel feeling take samples from mainfold and composite sample and seal it and retained with us for 4 weeks and destroyed then after, if no complaint hear from the concern party. Steel Pipes Loading Operation 1. Carry out draft survey with vessel's chief officer prior to loading commenced. 2. Carry out Ballast Sounding/Ullage operation. 3. Carry out hatch/hold inspection for any damage or adequacy for bulk loading. 4. Collect stowage plan from super cargo. 5. Observe crane movement during loading operation. If crane was on standby mode, check what is the reason for stoppage. Note reason. 7. Note pipe stowage condition and numbers, Hold wise, Tier wise (FWD side Tier, AFT side Tier and center tier) 8. Prepare total loading report after completion of each shift. Send loading report after completion of 2nd shift to all concern party by mail. 9. Carry out Ballast Sounding/Ullage operation. 10. Carry out draft survey with vessel's chief officer after loading completion. 11. Carry out photography during loading operation and after final lashing. Documents To Be Issue 1. Draft Survey Quantity Certificate. 2. Hatch Inspection Certificate. 3 Joint Certificate (with vessel's chief officer) after completion of loading operation to determine loading quantity. 4. Daily Loading Report. Documents To Be Collect 1. Draft survey copy from others surveyor. 2. Initial and Final Ballast Sounding/Ullage Report from others surveyor. 3. Hatch Inspection Report from others surveyor. 4. Bulk loading stowage plan from super cargo.

Bentonite Loading Operation 1. Carry out draft survey with vessel's chief officer prior to loading commenced. 2. Carry out hatch/hold inspection for any damage or adequacy for bulk loading. 3. Observe crane movement during loading operation. If crane was on standby mode, check what is the reason for not working. Note reason. 4. Carry out Ballast Sounding/Ullage operation. 5. Carry out draft survey with vessel's chief officer after loading completion. Documents To Be Issue 1. Draft Survey Quantity Certificate. 2. Hatch Inspection Certificate. 3 Joint Certificate (with vessel's chief officer) after completion of loading operation to determine loading quantity. Documents To Be Collect 1.
