Changing workplace to a Community to avoid stress

We live in a culture where there are no longer any obligations to others, all authority is totally fixed on individual or self which diminished or devalues the role of others, many, togetherness and community, everything now is all about "me," and not "we." Individualism is more about "the virtues of self-reliance and personal independence", When an individual take these things to an extreme it resulted in isolation, loneliness and alienation from the rest of the community in which they exist, which is detrimental not just to the other members but to the individual him/herself. Individualism is presented in the modern society as the primary center of reality, the ultimate standard of value and a fundamentally worldly way of understanding what it means to be human Individualism is defined as the moral stance, political philosophy, ideology, or social outlook that emphasizes "the moral worth of the individual. Individualists promote the exercise of one's goals, desires, value, and self-reliance, while opposing external interference upon one's own interests by society or institutions such as the government without identifying the community has the custodian of the individual. The more reasons of applauding the mission and vision of Tonya Surman, The founder and Chief Executive Officer of Centre for Social Innovation, a non-profit Organization and a Social Enterprises with a mission to catalyze social innovation in Toronto and around the world. The members cooperation policies have been created to encourage cooperation among the members with a believed that the best innovations emerge when unlikely allies find themselves working together, sharing passion and commitment to tackle the facing unprecedented economic, environmental, social and cultural challenges that might be faced by an individual.

This has been my happiness of being a member of such an organization that believed in the sense of freely belonging to a chosen community is an important constituent of happiness. I came from a society that has a bonding relationship, not only for shared purposes but for psychological integration and relying on each other. A popular African proverb says, Go the way that many people go; if you go alone, you will have reason to lament". Having the sense of community, hospitality, respect for authority and the elders are part of African cultural values.
This are one of the likely reasons of the Centre for Social Innovation in bringing Individual, group of people and Organizations looking for a place to work together to become a community through conscious and careful curating and programming. Community was and is still the utmost importance for survival of the individual, just like community cannot exist without the individual; the individual cannot exist without the community. Individual freedom is not the ability to get what we desires, failure to attain such desires might result in obstacles such as stress, lack of ability, intelligence, or resources. Human interaction and the realization of the utility of the society are always inevitable, like the saying goes, two heads are better than one. Stress is not an illness but can be a significant cause of illness when linked with high levels of sickness, staff turnover and other issues such as more errors at any particular sectors, jobs or industries. Sometimes your work setting creates physical stress, if you're the proverbial square 1

peg and your job is a round hole, job stress hurts your productivity and takes a serious toll on your mind and body. A feeling of powerlessness is a universal cause of job stress. When you feel powerless, you are prey to depression, helplessness and hopelessness. Stress is a natural reaction to too much pressure. A community or a society is simply the association of persons for cooperative action or group of individuals whose sufficiency is intertwined with one another, and therefore can rely on each other. Communities are important because people need one another to reach their potential for happiness. Community or society refers to certain persons sharing particular characteristics and related in specifiable ways or a collection of individuals
