RESOLUTION 0011-1314

A Resolution Confirming the Appointment of the Students Rights and Welfare Chief Commissioner WHEREAS, stipulated in Article VI Section 4.2.7 of the 2005 XU-CSG Constitution, the President shall appoint the Students Rights and Welfare Chief Commissioner which will be confirmed by the Directorate. WHEREAS, also stipulated in Article IX Section 3.1.2 of the 2005 XU-CSG Constitution, the Chief Commissioner of the Commission on Students Rights and Welfare shall be appointed by the XU-CSG President with the consent of the Directorate. WHEREAS, Ms. Princess Kimberly V. Ubay-ubay, President of XU-CSG for AY 2013-2014, in compliance to the mandate of the XU-CSG Constitution, submitted to the Directorate her appointee for the position of the Students Rights and Welfare Chief Commissioner for confirmation. To wit: Mr. Abdul Hakeem A. Lomondot BS Business Administration 3 WHEREAS, the 20th Directorate conducted a panel interview for the appointed STRAW Chief Commissioner. WHEREAS, the 20th Directorate finds the appointee mentioned herein duly capable of handling the given position. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the appointment of Mr. Abdul Hakeem A. Lomondot as the Students Rights and Welfare Chief Commissioner by Ms. Princess Kimberly V. Ubayubay has been duly approved. FURTHER, upon the release of this Resolution, he may start performing the duties and responsibilities inherent to the position of STRAW Chief Commissioner. Done this 27th day of May, 2013 at CSSC Office, Room 211 of the Magis Student Complex, Xavier University Ateneo de Cagayan, Cagayan de Oro City, by the 20th Directorate in session assembled.
