RESOLUTION 0012-1314

A Resolution Confirming the Appointment of the STRAW Associate Commissioner by the STRAW Chief Commissioner, Mr. Abdul Hakeem Lomondot WHEREAS, stipulated in Article IX Section 3.1.4 of the 2005 XU-CSG Constitution, the Associate Commissioner(s), if any, shall be appointed by the Chief Commissioner with the consent of the Directorate. WHEREAS, Mr. Abdul Hakeem Lomondot, XU-CSG STRAW Chief Commissioner for AY 20132014, in compliance to the mandate of the XU-CSG Constitution, submitted to the Directorate his appointee for the position of Associate Commissioner for consent and confirmation. WHEREAS, a thorough interview and deliberation was conducted last May 27, 2013, the Directorate agreed to the appointment of the person mentioned herein as the STRAW Associate Commissioner. To wit: Mr. Datu Moden Talandig AB International Studies - 2 THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that Mr. is the STRAW Associate Commissioner for AY 2013-2014. FURTHER, upon the release of this Resolution, he may start performing the duties and responsibilities inherent to the position of STRAW Associate Commissioner. Done this 27th day of May, 2013 at CSSC Office, Room 211 of the Magis Student Complex, Xavier University Ateneo de Cagayan, Cagayan de Oro City, by the 20th Directorate in session assembled.
