A Resolution to Form an Implementing Body to Enforce the Guidelines on the Use of Faber Hall
WHEREAS, the XU CSG shall envision a government that is socially aware and involved, rooted in a clear grasp of reality and vigilantly responding to the general interest of its constituents in a dynamic, effective and united effort. WHEREAS, the XU CSG shall represent XU students on matters pertaining to their general interest and welfare in the areas of students' rights and services. WHEREAS, the Faber Hall situated at the 2nd floor of the Magis Student Complex is for the use of all recognized Xavier University co-curricular and extra-curricular organizations. WHEREAS, the SACDEV-OSA have set guidelines for the use of the Faber Hall effective last 26 th of September 2012. WHEREAS, there were pressing issues on the sanitation and orderliness of the Faber Hall and there is a need for reinforcement of the Guidelines on the Use of Faber Hall. WHEREFORE, be it resolved that XU-CSG 20th Directorate urges the residents of the Faber Hall to form an Implementing Body to enforce the Guidelines on the Use of Faber Hall on the first month of the Academic Year. WHEREFORE, be it resolved that the Implementing Body will be composed of one representative from each cluster of recognized XU student organizations. WHEREFORE, be it resolved that the Implementing Body will be given the jurisdiction on but not limited to the schemes of enforcing the rules and determining the sanctions. Done this 27th day of May, 2013 at CSSC Office, Room 211 of the Magis Student Complex, Xavier University Ateneo de Cagayan, Cagayan de Oro City, by the 20th Directorate in session assembled.
