RESOLUTION 0014-1314

A Resolution Confirming the Appointment of the Audit Secretary by the COA Chief Commissioner, Ms. Gizelle P. Labial WHEREAS, stipulated in Article IX Section 4.1.3 of the 2005 XU-CSG Constitution, the Audit Secretary, if any, shall be appointed by the XU-CSG Audit Commissioner with the consent of the Directorate. WHEREAS, stipulated in Article IX Section 4.1.4 of the 2005 XU-CSG Constitution, the Audit Commissioner and Audit Secretary must not have been a candidate of an elective position receding academic year and shall be non-partisan. WHEREAS, Ms. Gizelle P. Labial, XU-CSG Commission on Audit Chief Commissioner for AY 20132014, in compliance to the mandate of the XU-CSG Constitution, submitted to the Directorate her appointee for the position of Audit Secretary for consent and confirmation. WHEREAS, a thorough interview and deliberation was conducted last May 11, 2013, the Directorate agreed to the appointment of the person mentioned herein as the Audit Secretary. To wit: Ms. Fahra Jane E. Gorgod BS Accountancy - 4 THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that Ms. Fahra Jane E. Gorgod is the Commission on Audit Secretary for AY 2013-2014. FURTHER, upon the release of this Resolution, she may start performing the duties and responsibilities inherent to the position of COA Secretary. Done this 27th day of May, 2013 at CSSC Office, Room 211 of the Magis Student Complex, Xavier University Ateneo de Cagayan, Cagayan de Oro City, by the 20th Directorate in session assembled.
