COURSE OUTCOMES At the end of the course, students should be able to :1. Demonstrate the knowledge of key technological infrastructure of e-commerce. 2. Apply the mechanisms and concepts of various online business models. 3. Prepare an e-commerce business plan.

COURSE DESCRIPTION This course introduces the foundations of business mechanisms. Students are exposed to the practice of electronic commerce, both the strategies and concepts of e-commerce and the technological infrastructure requirements. Students would learn through the combination of lectures and Internet exercises. The course also prepares the students to develop an e-commerce business plan.
