The Scottish Jazzercise Fitness Weekend 2014 has moved and will take place at the more
spacious venue of Doubletree By Hilton Dunblane Hydro, Hotel and Spa Resort. Set within ten
acres of private landscaped grounds, the Victorianstyle Doubletree is amongst the finest
Scottish corporate hotel destinations, offering breathtaking views of the Trossachs. For more
details of the Hotel please log on to www.DoubleTreeDunblane.com. After several years at
Airth Castle we felt the time is right to move to a larger venue with a more suitable function
room which can accommodate up to 300 people giving us much more space for the classes.
The bedrooms are all the same high standard, the food is excellent with Nick Nairn being the
resident chef, the Spa and swimming pool are being renovated in July 2013 so all of these
things are reflected by the small price increases which I hope you will agree are worth it. The
event next year is special as we will be celebrating 25 years of Jazzercise in Scotland and we
are planning to make it one to remember so dont miss out and send your booking forms a soon
as you can!
As in previous years, we are pleased to be able to offer spreading the cost over 6 months using
the Standing Order Monthly Payment Plan which will be sent with the Confirmation Form. This
is an ideal solution for those who like to budget and avoid a surprise when the balance is due!
Completed Standing Order forms are to be sent directly to the Bank and not to the
Organisers. In addition, there is the option to pay the outstanding balance by Internet Banking
which again is to be indicated on the Booking Form. When completing your booking form, if you
have an email address please print the address clearly so we can confirm your booking and
keep you updated via email.
The Fitness Weekend price includes the following package:
Two nights half board accommodation
All Jazzercise classes and use of equipment
Full use of all the Hotels facilities (Pool, Gym and Beauty Therapy Rooms)
Disco on Friday and Saturday Night
Beauty Treatments are also available at the Hotel for an additional cost.
Full details of these treatments will be sent nearer the event date and must be booked and paid
for directly with the hotel Spa.
A deposit of 50.00 per person is to be sent with the fully completed Booking Form: please note

all deposits are non-refundable. Once a place is confirmed, any amendment must be
requested via the organisers as bookings are non-transferable.
Full payment must be received by the Organisers no later than the 1

February 2014.
If applying for a Triple room please be aware that the there could be a combination of a Double
or 2 Twin beds, together with a Single or Pull-down Sofa-bed, no other combination can be
guaranteed.
Important: Cancellations must be made in writing or emailed to the below address.
Refund policy is as follows and is based on the date the cancellation communiqu is
received by the Organisers.
Cancellation more than 45 days before event - Loss of deposit only
Cancellation within 45 days of event - 50% of balance refunded
Cancellation within 28 days of event - No Refund
