Iameverythingthatmakesadedicatedanddeterminedteacher.Iamcreativeandinspiringwithmy lessonsomystudentsareengagedandenjoylearning.IusestrategiesfromDougLemovlikeJfactor, positiveframing,andhavingastrongbehaviormanagementcycle.Iamalsoagreatassetoutsidethe classroombecauseIamfullofideasandIamaverymotivatedandstrongleader.Forexample,infirst gradeitwasadutyofminetocreateengagingandmeaningfullessonsforreadingobjectivesforthefirst gradeteam.Havingmeonyourteamwillbebeneficialtonotonlymystudentsbutthestaffaroundme, becauseItakeprideineveryinanypositionthatIaminandhelpleadmypeersandstudentstosuccess.
