1. Professional Competency a. Students familiar with the various aspects such as: Stage of development Development of cognitive Development of social The intelligence Perception owned Ability initial prerequisite

c. Creating a table containing teaching materials, and determine the appropriate learning methods for each teaching materials. d. Practice learning methods. e. Mastering the art of packing a teaching material by making teaching materials are easy to understand by student f. Organize an educational learning

g. Create an annual program, the semester program, syllabus and lesson plan of implementation. h. Mastering a number of skills, such as the ability to:

2. Pedagogic Competence a. Mastering learner characteristics associated with physical, intellectual, social, emotional, moral, social and cultural backgrounds. b. Assign different approaches, strategies, methods, and techniques creatively educating learning accordance with the standards of competence of teachers. c. Adjust teaching methods to suit the characteristics of learners and motivate them to learn d. Preparing a syllabus in accordance with the curriculum, e.
