1. Goal Setting 2. Unconscious Reality 3. Conscious Acts of Creation 4. The Intention Experiment

Summary:
1. The secret to productive goal setting is in establishing clearly defined goals, writing them down and then focusing on them several times a day with words, pictures and emotions as if weve already achieved them. Dr. Denis Waitley 2. The average human has 60,000 thoughts per day; 90% of which are repetitively useless. Meanwhile, the subconscious can detect millions of bits of data. Many people go about their day, never questioning or monitoring the thoughts that enter their mind this is a state of living in an unconscious reality. The only way to take charge of ones environment is to make conscious observation of their thoughts. 3. Dr. William Tiller has examined the human qualities of consciousness, and its affect on physical reality, suggesting that we can condition a space, such that the symmetry changes to an extent that affects the human pump system for increasing energy flow (chi/prana). Dr. Tiller conducted three experiments to demonstrate the power of intention on the environment around us: i. ii. iii. Change pH by one pH unit. Work with fruit flies to change the ATP to ADP ratio to increase metabolic activity. Reduce the development time of larvae to adult by 20%.

Dr. Tillers success in these experiments shows the power of intention that each of us possess. Healers are healers by their words and intentions. The greatest results are achieved by teaching people about the space they create with their intentions so that they can capitalize on it. 4. Lynn McTaggart, author of The Intention Experiment is a recognized spokesperson on the science of spirituality. The Intention Experiment uses the collective power of intention to produce positive change.

1. Setting the Intention for Your Reality 2. U(1) and SU(2) Gauge Energy

Summary:
1. The most conscious person in any room, is the most powerful. When meeting with clients, giving seminars, spending time with friends and family, trying new things, etc., it is important to watch your thoughts and emotions choose to feel good, to have confidence and to share that energy out. 2. Dr. William Tiller introduces the concepts of U(1) and SU(2) Gauge energy in his book Conscious Acts of Creation. U(1) Gauge Energy is three dimensional energy it can be measured, felt, seen and touched. SU(2) Gauge Energy is chi/prana energy. Accessing this form of energy allows one to consume 20-40% fewer calories and 50-80% less protein. It allows the body into the highest state of healing and enables the realization of intention.

1. Energetic / Bio-Physical Body States & Intention 2. Three stages to Intention 3. Setting Your Intentions

Summary:
1. Energetic and bio-physical states/functions can be influenced through thoughts and intentions. This is illustrated through the Law of Attraction which asserts that you get what you think about and focus upon. When feeling is added to that, results are realized much sooner. This paradigm requires that we hold ourselves accountable to both the results we achieve and those that we do not. Everything that happens to us, is a result of the reality we create for ourselves on a daily basis. 2. There are three primary stages to realizing our intentions:

3. To truly set our intentions, we need to set goals and align them back to our values and passions. Following these steps is a way to get started: Write out your top 2-5 goals in life. Put these next to your highest list of values. Make a quick note of what percentage of your mental, emotional and financial energy is being spent on each of these areas. Does the energy you are spending match your values, and are these matching and focused on achieving your goals? How often are you spending time in your day focused on seeing, feeling, experiencing your goals through intense visualization? How much of your energy is being essentially diverted into too many goals and directions?

1. Goal Setting for Clients 2. Planting the Seeds of Hope 3. Insulin Sensitivity Questionnaire & BodyMind Triggers 4. Increased Awareness in First Weeks 5. Emotional and Mental Shifts 6. Daily Success Habits

Summary:
1. Part of the role of nutritionist is helping your clients to understand their goals and to create a framework in which to achieve them. Some areas that we can expand their goals to: Understanding the process of detoxification. Making wise choices to collapse the affects of stress. Learning how nutrition is much more than the food and liquids that one consumes. Creating pure frontal cortex activation total body sensory awareness. Understand the dynamics of environment. Learn the relationship of emotions on health & choices. 2. Sometimes as practitioners, we can be too ambitious often, it is simply about shifting perceptions. We are not healers we empower the body to heal itself. We plant seeds of hope, understanding and create an experiential process by allowing clients to become more aware of what lies ahead. All hormone function is electrical imagine the total body functionality that turns on after the first day on salt and water! All metabolism is enzyme based imagine the hundreds of calories in metabolism turned on within the first day with the trace minerals! More DNA functions are turned on as a result of less/no stress with each passing day the enzyme bank account is being paid back! 3. Other body & mind triggers that occur from recommendations in the Insulin Sensitivity Questionnaire: EFAs creating shifts from better intestinal absorption to cleansing and significantly enhanced nutrient absorption and utilization through its rebuilding and hormone roles. Water total body function relies on the cleansing, purification and bio-chemical affects of water. As well, its energy and information carrying capacity has a massive influence on consciousness. Bacteria 90% of Serotonin is made in the gut, biological transmutation (B-Vitamins are made in the gut), and 50% of immune function is supported by a healthy bowel system. 4. In the first few days and weeks after sessions with clients, we want our clients to be aware of: Increased or decreased bowel movements as a result of cleansing. Increased energy as a result of alkalinity; increased oxygen absorption and enzyme functions. Increased exercise performance; increased oxygen absorption means shorter rest periods between sets, lowered overall heart rates, and ability to go longer, harder and faster. 4

5. Emotional and Mental shifts that will likely take place in the first few weeks on the program: Increased awareness can bring a greater sense of calm. Increased awareness can quickly make apparent those things that dont seem to fit in ones life: work, relationships, goals quickly change, etc. Total increase in Serotonin brings about a greater satisfaction from life and deeper sense of gratitude and fulfilment. Increased energy can quickly enhance ones ability to focus more greatly on habits this can potentially lead to an imbalance or to a rapid state of stability from getting things done faster. 6. The following list is a sampling of things that can be done and focused upon to ensure ongoing success: Get back into a routine of eating frequently from wise choices. Learn to meditate and start gently with breathing and stillness. Listen/read books that reinforce the ideas of intention. o o o The Intention Experiment Inspiration by Wayne Dyer The Four Agreements

Walking meditation focus on each step and total body sensations (sound, sight, etc.) Be the observer throughout the day and focus on gratitude. Describe your life and circumstances as you would like them to have been. You get to choose and decide that its going to be easy from now on. Little mini-holidays each day, week, month think about what makes you happy. The last minutes before falling asleep, think about the morning process as you would like it to be tomorrow.
