Forest and Wildlife Conservation Network is an initiative established in March 2011 to provide knowledge and support in the development and strengthening of sustainable, management and widespread of environmental concern by communities, institutions, government and non-government organizations in Uganda. FWCN has the aim of promoting sustainable development work centered towards improving and maintaining a natural resource base on which our survival and development is pivoted. We highlight that the available resources are increasingly under threat of degradation and extinction, resulting from poor management, use of technologies that are not appropriate and peoples perception that investing in environmental conservation does not have economic value and so does not yield profits.
