Full appreciation for work done is also a necessity for every worker and manager, if an internal factors (personal) and external factors (environmental work) are met with good conditions and a maximum then the workers were in themself will provide a full appreciation of the work they do.

Felling in on things that are a musthave for any workers and managers to complete their tasks with a more personal approach in order to the completion of a profound problem in a more effective and more efficient.

Sympathetic understanding of personal problems

Sympathetic understanding of personal problems become higher priorities by a manager rather than ordinary workers, as a manager of emotion can handle many subordinates who have a character different personalities, therefore, to master the sympathetic understanding of other people's problems must first sympathetic understanding of the problem themself personally prioritized.

In all respects the most important in the work is job security, this is what should be understood by every employee regardless of his position that job security is the most important factor to be able to do exactly the job well.

Good wages may be preferred by ordinary workers rather than a manager, as a worker will perform all his duties to the fullest when they receive appropriate wages. But for a manager good wages is the implication of what they have done and accountable, they are very reluctant to accept even a good wages if they have failed in fulfilling their duties.

An ordinary worker more easily choose a job that could interest him in the work rather than a manager, because ordinary workers have responsibilities that are more limited than a manager, so there is no barrier to them come and go in search of jobs that match their interests and talents. This is in contrast to a manager in each company has a broad responsibility and common, it is very difficult for them to prioritize their interest in working in exactly regarding to, even in a situation like this they have to grow their own interest in the work in order to achieve high productivity in the work.

Promotion and growth with the company to be a result of a variety of conditions is prioritized both by managers and ordinary workers.

Good working condition is a result of the alignment, interests, and discipline by every worker in the works and was the cause for the increase in work productivity.
