Your work will vary widely. In a company, you will have to upgrade computer softwares; get office computers network up and running again after it crashes; set up and maintain the servers on which the company's internal applications run. You will also create and customize the software products that are used, build websites; and build and maintain the databases that you rely on to gather information to serve your customers. In the recent past, the Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology and the Association for Computing Machinery have collaborated to form accreditation and curriculum standards for degrees in Information Technology as a distinct field of study as compared to Computer Science and Information Systems today.

Although he processes transactions such as deposits to checking accounts, he must also resolve customer concerns in a timely manner, make phone calls to ask how the bank is doing and get to know the customers. His final responsibility is sales -not selling something that someone doesn't need, but listening to the customers and finding them the best banking products for their needs. Overall, he has to be on his toes and constantly listening and learning.

3) Retail Management
