ZF-Servoplan PG Servogearboxes
Precision in movement The ZF Friedrichshafen division Special Driveline Technology is able to offer you a wide range of machine drives, brakes and clutches for applications in engineering as well as customer specific drive solutions. Our development and production activities are focused on servo-assisted drives for automation engineering, two-speed drive gearboxes for machine tools as well as customer-specific drives, such as for printing machines, robot applications and elevator gearboxes. Our innovative standard products range from low backlash servogearboxes (ZF-Servoplan), and robust two-speed gearboxes (ZFDuoplan) to hysteresis clutches and brakes for non-contact web control (ZF-Tiratron).
The ZF-Ecolift types RME 310 and 410 are designed for passenger and service elevators. The revolutionary design for use in rope elevators, has distinct advantages over previously used gearboxes. Instead of using a worm gear, ZF-Ecolift benefits from the inherent advantages of two-stage planetary gears to transmit motor power to the shea ve . ZF-Ecolift fulfils the technical regulation for elevators (TRA 200) TRA 220-229 and the European elevator standard DIN EN 81. ZF-Ecolift is suitable for motor speeds of 1000 rpm, 1500 rpm (standard speed) and 3000 rpm. In frequency inverter applications, speed can be increased or decreased referencing the standard speed . This makes using multiple shea ve sizes to achieve different speeds obsolete. Optimized gear tooth shape ensures long-lasting, wear-resistant performance. Extensive lifetime durability tests prove the consistent load capacity of ZF-Ecolift.

Low running noise thanks to helical planetary gearing. High efficiency (96%) allows you to use smaller electric motors, reduced switch-on electrical power ensures energy and cost savings. Compact design. High input speeds of up to 3000 rpm. Cabin speeds up to 4 m/sec. Allows cable double looping without additional support bearing. Simple motor mounting. Ease of maintenance means less downtime. Low oil temperatures under full load and maximum speed. Use of environmentally friendly organic oils possible.
