DESCRIPTION
Providing and laying Vitrified matt finish ceramic tile 2'0" x 2'0" in size flooring to floor pattern of approved quality, approved colours and make, using chemical tile adhesive laid to proper level and joints pointed with Laticrete cementitous tile jointing compound of approved make including curing, finish and cleaning etc. complete as directed by the Architect. The measurements shall be based on laid area of floor and no extra payment shall be paid for wastage. Supplying and laying 2' x 1' for wall dado ceramic wall tiles in toilet of specified colour and make with tile adhesive of appproved make including cutting laying in positionand filling the joints by Laticrete cementitous tile jointer as per specified colour specified, curing etc. Providing and laying in Staircase area ( tread and riser), Lobby, Mid landing, toilets etc polished granite flooring of approved colour set in CM 1:4 ( topped with cement slurry for proper contact with granite surafce), 20 mm thick, laid to pattern if specified and as directed. Rate shall include for cutting to size, all labour, material, wastage etc. complete, at all levels and as directed by the Architect. Main Staircase
