WORKERS RATING

1. Good Wages. Reason : if the employee salary from the beginning he joined the company is appropriate with the desired, then it will work diligently despite different fields work with what he elaborated.

2. Interesting Work. Reason : although is not in accordance with the field his work, workers will carry out the his work especially job has challenges. Good salary also affects the work interesting.

3. Job Security. Reason : Work accidents including occupational disease is a risk that must be faced by workers in their work. To cope with the loss of some or all of the income that result from social risks such as death or disability due to occupational injuries both physically and mentally, it is necessary to work accident insurance.

4. Management Loyalty To Workers. Reason : Loyalty of workers should get special attention from the management company. If increased worker loyalty is well managed by the company, then the worker will have the spirit of working, disciplined, and be loyal to the company. Many factors that make a worker to be loyal, such as job satisfaction, compensation or incentives, effective communication, motivation given by the company, a comfortable workplace, career development, training and provision of worker education, labor force participation, the implementation of health and safety and relationships with other workers.

5. Promotion And Growth With Company. Reason : Promotion Needed to advance the workers, especially for workers who excel. promotion can also increase work spirit. Workers who get this job promotion increase workers typically grow along with the company, has the experience, honesty, responsibility and initiative and creative.

6. Good Working Conditions. Reason : Good working conditions will give good impact to workers, making workers' spirit in their work. A healthy environment will make the workers do not feel tired in their work.

7. Dicipline. Reason : If the worker discipline then the worker will obtain pleasant working atmosphere that will add to the spirit of his job. Thus, workers can do their job with full awareness and to develop energy and mind as much as possible for the realization of organizational goals.

8. Full Appreciation For Work Done. Reason : Workers will feel the motivation in themselves, besides the full appreciation for work done also give clarity work evaluation standards, function as benchmarks for performance improvement in themselves the next time. Full appreciation for work done is a means to know the weaknesses and strengths of themselves, a means for a solution of work problem and the means to establish communication with superiors. 9. Feeling In On Things. Reason : pekerja dikenalkan dengan dunia kerjanya agar pekerja tidak merasa cemas dan dapat segera beradaptasi dengan lingkungannya dengan tujuan untuk memperlancar pekerjaan.

10. Sympathetic Understanding Of Personal Problems. Reason : Worker will help others if there is a personal problem, Worker will not discriminate his colleagues. Workers also had to control his feelings about personal issues so as not to interfere with work productivity.

1. Discipline. Reason : Discipline is a major concern for managers to evaluate the performance of the workers. With discipline, managers can see the workers productive and less productive. 2. Feeling in on things. Reason : The purpose of manager is to introduce new worker with the company, to avoid the confusion, provide opportunities for workers to inquire about the their new jobs problem, saving time and workers energy by telling them where to ask for information or help in resolving issues that may arise, explain company rules and regulations so that new workers

can avoid obstacles or punitive actions that will occur due to violation of rules that they do not know and give new meaning to the workers that they are an important part in an organization.

3. Full appreciation for work done. Reason : Worker performance appraisal made to evaluate job performance of each Worker in reaching specified employment targets. After the performance appraisal is done, then the next will be given reward or punishment to the workers concerned.

4. Interesting work. Reason : Managers assess whether Worker are in accordance with the field or not. Managers also make sure that Worker perform their jobs well and have a high desire to learn.

5. Good Wages. Reason : Managers should give good wages to the workers as a result of the workers employed for a certain period. Good wages to make Worker work spirit.

6. Job Security. Reason : Job security is needed by managers to fulfill needs of workers, give assurance to the workers so that Worker can be comfortable and productive. Job security is used when things happen that are unexpected, such as accidents.

7. Promotion and growth with company. Reason : Promotion carried out by managers in order to increase job and income Worker who excel as well as selecting the workers who have the potential to develop into larger companies.

8. Good working conditions. Reason : Good working condition have a positive impact to the manager and the workers. Good working condition make Worker perform their tasks with more spirit without any

load. Good working environment also makes the relationship between the manager and employees become more smoothly.

9. Management loyalty to workers. Reason : Worker loyalty should get special attention from the management company. If increased worker loyalty is well managed by the company, then the worker will have spirit working, disciplined, and be loyal to the company.

10. Sympathetic understanding of personal problems. Reason : Managers must be able to guide the workers to not think about personal problems while in the work environment. Managers also have to be a friend of the workers.
