Critically evaluate BMWs Number ONE strategy in 2013

Students could adopt a number of different approaches but are advised to develop a critical argument in depth and detail. Clearly, all students need to develop arguments in the light of current progress with the intended Number ONE strategic direction set in 2007 by BMW HOWEVER whilst a corporate-level view can be the central issue for evaluation, it need not be. Students are also encouraged to consider focusing on detailed aspects of current strategy within specific product areas, evaluating particular recent strategic decisions, etc. For example, students could consider focusing on one or more of the following strands of current strategy: Product or market penetration or development through M & A, alliances, etc (this could potentially lead to a focus on international strategy issues) Corporate Social Responsibility STUDENT MARKS AND FEEDBACK UK and Vietnam Africa (CRN 10178 (CRNs 764, HAN and 10545 and 12372 HOC) 8856) 9th September 2nd 2013 December 2013 Via X Stream Via X Stream 9th September 2nd 2013 December 2013 Via X Stream Via X Stream
