Requirements
for a Visa

Note It is in your interest to support your application with as much documents as possible at the time you apply for the visa. If the Embassy / Consulate demands additional documents, the same have to be furnished immediately. UK and France biometrics does not allow any Marks, Cuts or/and Mehandi (Heena) on Fingers. UK visas all documents need to be submitted in original at UK VFS. All the above mentioned details is as per the guidelines received from consulates as on 30th November 2012. Any further changes in the guidelines will be communicated to you by your local office / travel agent.
POINTS TO BE NOTED UK VISA ONLINE:
For U.K. Visa online form, all the passengers must provide their personal details to the company via email. All the Visa documents must be submitted within 1 week of confirmed booking. Please make sure to submit 2 sets of documents. Dully filled Visa form will be forwarded to all the clients. In case of any changes to be done clients must update the same at the earliest, in the absence of which it will be considered perfect & then company will not be responsible for any mistake or amendments later on. 2nd Installment of payment will be required as soon as U.K visa will be done. Upon non receipt of the same Company will not be responsible for Schenagan Visas.
General Requirements for all Categories

Passports Passports should be Valid for 6 9 months from the date of travel Sufficient blank pages. Old passports (if any) to be attached along with the new passports. Note: Passports issued prior to Yr. 2003 & 20 Yr. Valid are not accepted by Schengen Consulates. Documentation Covering letter on a personal/business letter-head (as applicable) or on a plain A4 size paper introducing himself / family and giving a clear description of his occupation / brief description of his business, complete contact details and the purpose of visit. Note: Hand written letter is not acceptable by consulate it must be typed. Last 3 years Income tax Returns / Form 16. Original bank statements / Passbooks updated for the past 6 months. Mentioning the valid telephones nos. and address of the bank is mandatory. A copy of fixed deposits, PPF account details, investments, share certificates (Demat account), record of ownership of property assets / flat deed. (If Embassy / Consultate demand these documents in ORIGINAL, the same must be provided). In case any of these documents are not in English they should be accompanied by a notarized translation. All the documents must be clear and legible. Photo Specification 4 Matt Finish & 2 Glossy finish recent colour photographs. 35mm x 45mm white background only with contrasting clothes. Matt Finish in case of Swiss consulate. Face should cover 80% area of photograph without glasses with front profile Additional requirements for specific categories refer below For Businessman If Director in a company:- Memorandum & Articles of Association. If Partnership co:- Partnership deed copy showing his name or if he is newly appointed then showing the same. If Proprietor Shops establishment & sales tax registration/letter from banker. If Self Employed Proof of occupation e.g. working for L.I.C, freelancing etc. or some valid document showing proof of ownership. Last 3 years I-tax returns (saral-2d) challans of the individual. If Salaried Original Leave letter from the employer mentioning the designation with leave dates and signed by a managerial cadre. Last 3 months salary slips & 3 Years Form-16 & 6 Months B/S. For Students / Children traveling with parents Proof of ID card / school calendar & Holiday list Confirmation from the school / college of their leave sanction or reason for taking time off during the academic semester. For students/ children traveling without parents Written consent, no objection letter from both parents in support of travel providing the details with whom the child is traveling and the purpose of visit. Parents proof of occupation required in details with 3 years Income tax papers and 6 months bank statements Notorised affidavit on Rs. 200 stamp paper duly signed by both parents stating that they have no objection to their minor child below 18 years traveling with their uncle / grand parents etc. and guarantee their return back to India after the tour. This should be accompanied by a copy of passport / bank document of both parents to confirm signatures. If absence of the above documents a letter, to be given on a Rs. 20 stamp paper duly signed by both parents and attested by notary public to confirm signatures If the child is traveling with any one parent NOC of the other parent in support of travel is required. Where only one parent has total custody and access rights, official evidence of this must be provided. Father's proof of occupation in detail, 3 years I tax papers, 6 months bank statements and proof of investments etc. to be provided. For newly married couples traveling Covering letter from each individual mentioning when they got engaged and date of marriage ceremony and purpose of visit. The covering letter should be done on a business letterhead or as per specific categories mentioned above. NOC from the fiance parents stating that they have no objection of her travel and that she will return to India after the tour. This should be accompanied by a copy of the passport of both parents to confirm signature. Marriage card / engagement photographs. Original marriage certificate to be legalized by home department. For individual traveling alone No objection consent letter in support of visit from spouse Husband's proof of occupation in detail, 3 years I tax papers, 6 months bank statements, proof of investments etc. For retired / senior citizens A copy of Provident fund, Fixed deposits, Pension statement, 6 months bank statements, income tax returns if any, retirement letter Supporting documents of person whom he / she are dependent on. For government employees NOC from the concerned department mentioning the designation with leave dates, also name and designation of the
Important note on VISA

What Are The Normal Reasons Of Visa Rejections:
Fraud documents: No change to reapply Insufficient fund's in account-: Passenger gets a chance to reapply while submitting good bank statement can break investment done in FDR and transfer the fund to saving account and enclose a letter from the bank for the same. Sudden deposits: Can reapply by giving explanation on letterhead and proof for fund transfer. Not provided evidence of business: Can reapply with business registration. Not provided original documents such as Income Tax Returns and bank statement: Can reapply with original documents. Damaged passport In case visas are rejected by the consulates/ embassies, you may consider reapplication, provided we have sufficient time/ working days prior to the departure of your selected tour date. will suffer on account of cancellation and are payable without proof of actual damages. Hence, it is important before booking your holidays tour package to study the cancellation policy and the cancellation charges that would apply once you book tour package. Also please note that Consulates/ Embassies fees and visa fees which too have to be paid in advance at the time of submitting your visa application. In most cases there is no refund of any part of the visa fees, if the tourist's visa application is rejected by the consulate. In fact, many a time due to cancellation, Paras Holidays suffer losses because sometimes the cancellation is done at a time of holiday rush and the supplier such as the hoteliers, airlines and cruises have a 100% cancellation charge. You expressly agree to abide by the foregoing Terms & Conditions and Cancellation Policy. 3) In group tours the advantage of a group tour is the reduced tour price due to the numbers of a group which facilitates collective buying. When there are cancellations, the numbers of the group reduce and it is too late to fill the vacant seats and the cost per tourist member on the group increases as the numbers of travelling passengers are reduced. It is not possible to penalize the remaining traveling members of the group for your visa rejection. In view of the above explained reasons, cancellation fees are charged in case visas are rejected by the consulates/ embassies. The company cannot be held responsible/ liable for such rejection of visas, unless there is a manifest error committed by the company.
Why are Cancellation Charged if Visas Are Rejected:

1) If the tourist cancels his/ her travel there are certain cancellations fees that apply such as the airlines, hotels and cruises cancellation fees which then have to be passed on to the traveler. As explained earlier Consulates require confirmed tickets, hotels and insurance prior to accepting the visa application. Granting/ rejection of visas is the sole discretion of embassy/ consulate. We only act as a facilitator for providing visa guidance services. 2) Paras Holidays has to bear certain administrative, processing and other expenses that are required to be made for making these reservations for the traveler. These cancellation charges shall apply irrespective of the reason for cancellation. These charges are the genuine pre- estimate of the damages that we

Leaning Tower of Pisa, (Italy) The Leaning Tower of Pisa is one of the most remarkable architectural structures from medieval Europe. It took 200 years to complete the building and although designed to be perfectly vertical, it started leaning even during construction. The top of the leaning tower could be reached by covering 294 steps which rise in the form of a spiral on the inner side of the tower walls. Its really amazing to be at there and have an enriching experience. Colosseum, Rome (Italy) No visit to the city would be complete without a visit to the Colosseum, the symbol of Rome and the amphitheatre that lends its name to all others. The structure dates to the first century AD and it was here that the legendary gladiator fights and grand spectacles were held. A gallery on the second level offers a visual display and information on the bloody entertainment that took place within the amphitheatre's encircled space. Vatican city (Italy) A tour of the Vatican's vast museum, filled with sculptures, books, paintings, furnishings and tapestries can easily take a full day. This enormous collection is housed in the fabulously decorated salons and loggias of the palace. The gallery of frescoed maps of the world and the rooms painted by Raphael are unforgettable. A Passengers joining this tour must travel to/from the hub city at their own expense. A The airfare is based on the fare structure existing as on October, 2012.Any Further increase in the airfare due to an increase in the fuel price, change in Government regulations, taxes, etc., charged by the airline will have to be borne by the passengers. A Due to private coaches being forbidden inside the cities of Rome, Florence, Venice, Amsterdam etc, most of our sightseeing will be done by foot. The tour manager and the driver will do their best to get you as close to the monuments as possible. A Due to major international events and trade fairs throughout Europe such as Air Show, World Athletic Meet, the Motor Show, Ice Skating championships etc,the hotels may be blocked out more than two years in advance. In view of this, you may have to stay in hotels further away from the cities and the itineraries may have to be altered /amended. A We also reserve the right to substitute a hotel of similar class if it is deemed advisable or necessary. A The Leaning Tower of Pisa is an 8-storey structure with no lift and 294 slippery marble steps, hence we do not visit from inside. A On certain days the changing of guards may not take place at the Buckingham Palace. A The Eiffel Tower on certain days due to strong wind conditions or being overcrowded may close the third level.No refund permissible. A Photo of meal and sightseeing published in the Brochure are only for reference and may change from actual meals served/sights.In case company offers any adventures activities then it is significant to note that all the passengers should enjoy such activities / ride at their own risk ,as such kind of adventure might be risky at times especially for heart patients ,expecting women, people with blood pressue etc. A In the event of our excercising our rights to amend or alter any of the services as mentioned in the itinerary ,after such tour or holiday has been booked ,the client shall have the right : a.To continue with the tour or holiday as amended or altered or, b.To accept any alternative tour or holiday which we may offer In either of these above cases ,the client shall not be entitled to, or we shall not be liable to the client for any damage ,additional expense consequential loss suffered by him or to pay any amount as refund. A If the Client has any complaint in respect of the sevices provided by any of the Independent Contractors ,the client shall immediately notify the same in writing to the Independent Contractor and a copy thereof should be handed over to the Tour Manager in order to enable us to take up the matter with Independent Contractor so that in future other clients do not face the same difficulty. A Any claim or complaint by the client must be notified to us in writing within 7 days of the end of this holiday tour. No claim notified to this company beyond this period will be entertained and we shall incur no liability whatsoever in respect thereof. A The tour is subject to RBI / GOI rules and regulations. Part of the tour cost will be paid in EURO/USD/CHF out of your BTQ A Please refer to the Booking Form for detailed 'Terms and Conditions'. Further Important Points to Note: For all transportation including airlines only 1 piece of check-in baggage is allowed.
Points to be Noted
In case of booking/registration is done within 45 days before departure, the full INR amount needs to be paid at the time of registration only. Booking will be auto released without any prior notice if the balance payments are not made as per above payment schedule. Granting of Visa is entirely at the discretion of the Embassy/Consulate and has no bearing on the above payment schedule. Foreign Exchange will be accepted as per RBI Guidelines in this respect. Cancellation charges will apply for Cancellation of tour and/or for non payment of tour price as per the payment schedule provided above or for non submission of documents as per documentation deadline as above, which will be treated as tour cancellation. For calculation of days, Sundays and holidays will not be calculated. In case of delay or refusal of Visa resulting in Cancellation/Deviation of tour immediately before original departure date, Cancellation/Re booking charges will have to be borne by passengers. Granting of Visa is entirely at the discretion of Embassy/Consulate. Documentation Deadline : All necessary documents for Visa processing need to be submitted within 15 days from the date of registration. If the booking date is within 45 days of departure then documents need to be submitted within 48 hours of registration.

Climate
Europe's climate is as varied as its countries, but it is mostly temperate. Extreme temperature lows and highs are rare. Winter temperatures vary from west to east, with around freezing temperatures in the north and well below freezing in the south. On Arrival into Europe

All passengers arriving from India will be met by the PARAS Tour Manager in the arrival hall outside the customs area. All joining direct passengers will have to reach the respective hotel/airport, on their own and check in.
Time Difference
United Kingdom is 4.5 hrs behind Indian Time during g s summer months. Whereas, the continent of Europe is 3.5 hrs behind Indian Time during summer months. Request your family/ relatives to call you from India at e 0930hrs India time, which will be 0600hrs in Europe. Please advice them to mention Paras Indian Group and spell out your full name clearly to the telephone operator, so that you are connected fast.
Time Management
Its very important to be on time and punctual on your tour, since your itinerary has been designed and planned to offer you the most on your holiday. Every sightseeing trip where you get off has an allotted time, please make sure you remain with the group and return at the allotted time. Any delay would actually deprive the entire group of their sightseeing time.
Tipping Policy
Tipping in Europe is something that is expected of anyone providing you a service, for example: your coach driver, tour managers, Local Guides etc. Since your coach driver spends a large part of the day driving you safely, unloads and loads your baggage onto the coach, it is customary to tip him a nominal amount of euro 2 per person per day for the duration of the tour.

Dear Guests, We make every effort to provide you with the best services in a pleasant and friendly atmosphere at all times. We strive for your complete satisfaction and endeavor to provide a safe and secure journey without any misunderstandings between the tour escorts, company and you at any time. Please read and understand the booking conditions for your holiday, before you register yourself for any of the tours. The 'Terms and Conditions' given below, on our website, the tour registration form and any other printed material, together with 'Frequently asked questions' and 'How to book your tour' on page numbers the basis of our contract with you. Paras Holidays Pvt Ltd Brochure Accuracy This brochure along with tour tariff is published in Dec 2012. All previous brochures, letters and any other modes of circulation stands cancelled. Every effort is made to ensure brochure accuracy at the time of publication, based on the available information. Yet errors and omissions may creep in. The maps used in the brochure are for reference only and are not to scale. We reserve the right to change any brochure information before or after a tour is booked, due to any events beyond our control. Tour itinerary, tour price, departure date and hotels are subject to change. If we are aware of these changes sufficiently beforehand; we will inform you in advance. Otherwise, our tour escort or local representative will inform you of the changes on tour. There are also very big Trade Fairs, Exhibitions, SportingEvents, National Holidays, etc. where all the Hotels are fully booked well in advance and therefore it may be necessary o stay in hotels in other cities. Jurisdiction All disputes pertaining to the tour and travel conducted by the company and any claim arising there - under shall be subjected to Delhi jurisdiction only. Scope of Activity We are basically travel and holiday organizers only. We do not control or operate any airline or any other mode of transport like shipping, railway, motor, buses, coaches etc. We also do not own or control any Hotel, Transport or other facility or the services mentioned in this brochure. We take utmost care in selecting all the ingredients for making your holiday a comfortable one. We only select, but do not have any control in the running of them. Thus, we are not responsible for any injury, loss, personal harm, death or damage to the person or property which may be caused by the act or default of the management or employees of any independent contractor and arising outside our normal selection and inspection process. It is imperative that all the passengers who are joining our group tours, incentive tours and those who are FIT (Free Individual Travel) abide by and strictly comply and observe all the terms and conditions laid down herein. Meals & Special Request There are pre-set menus for meals provided on tour. In some places packed meals would be served. The type of meals are clearly indicated in the brochure. Unlike an airline, we cannot process a special meal, nor can we guarantee a special diet for the passenger, except to the extent mentioned in the brochure and preferred by you. We, however, reserve the right to change the meal arrangements if circumstances make it necessary for us to do so. In the event of the tour participant missing any meal due to any reason, then no claim can be made for the meal he has missed and not utilized. In Kitchen caravan groups, Lunch & Dinner will be cooked in Kitchen caravan and meals will be served at neat and clean Gas station compounds, Auto grills, Parks, Parking, etc. Kitchen caravan will be only operated, based on minimum 35 passengers. Company reserve right to cancel caravan without prior notice. Hotels/Room You will be out on sightseeing tours most of the time and hence we have taken care to select hotels, which are comfortable. Most of the rooms have a private bath or shower and they may be located in the city center or away from the city center. Air-conditioning, central heating and other facilities are solely at the hotelier's discretion, dependent upon factors such as weather conditions, local systems, tour type, etc. Triple rooms are not larger than twin rooms and the third bed is often a roll-away mattress put in a twin bedded room. In exceptional cases where single rooms reserved by you are nonavailable, double or twin beded rooms will be provided. At times if a partner request is kept with us, but the same is not available Single occupancy charges will be applicable. If a partner is available, you will have to accommodate in double or triple occupancy. If at some hotels single rooms are non-available, the difference in cost, refund will be made by the Company for that particular hotel on prorata basis. Claims made in this respect cannot be accepted after the tour is complete. Passengers will have to abide by the check-in and checkout times of the hotels The check-in time is 3 p.m. and check-out time for the hotels is at 12 noon. Early arrivals and late departures should be adjusted by the guests themselves as per the respective check-in and check-out timings. All baggage and personal effects are at all times and in all circumstances responsibility of passengers. Paras Holidays will not be responsible or liable in case of loss of such items from the hotel rooms during passengers stay. Laundry, telephone, mini bar, alcohol, beverages and food not on the menu, optional excursions, excess baggage fees, shopping, paid toilet, are all items of a personal nature. These extra items will be billed to you before leaving the hotel, ship/cruise or restaurant. They are payable by passengers and the company will not be liable for the same. Incase of any extension, you have to manage all kind of Transportation & transfers on your own & at your cost. Hotel extension in the same hotel is not guaranteed. Coach/Seating We use air-conditioned/air-cool luxury coaches. The coaches may be equipped with an emergency washroom, however this facility is not to be used in lieu of the rest rooms at our frequent comfort stops. On group tours, you are not allotted seat numbers as a seat rotation system is followed. You must follow the instruction of the tour manager in this regard. Seat nos. 1,2,3,4 in each bus/coach are reserved for the Tour Escort/Guides. There is a strict no smoking, drinking and eating policy in the buses. If passengers are carrying any high value items on the coach, company advices you not to leave them behind when you leave the coach. All baggage and personal effects are at all time and in all circumstances your responsibility. We will not be responsible or liable in case of loss of any items from the coach. Baggage insurance is recommended. Any damages caused by you to the coach during the travel shall be payable by you and the company will not be liable for the same. Itinerary Changes We may often operate more than one coach per departure date. For the comfort and convenience of the passengers, sometimes we change the direction, or slightly amend the itinerary, including the flight/train/coach routing. We will advise you of these amendments, prior to the start of the tour or on tour. In the event that a passenger/joining passenger misses out on any part of the sightseeing tour or any such tour due to delay on his part, he will not be entitled to claim refund for the same. During local or national holidays certain facilities such as museums and restaurants, sightseeing tours and shopping may be limited or not available. Alternatives will be offered wherever possible. Payments The registration amount paid while booking, is a non-refundable non adjustable and interest free amount. The full payment must be received in accordance with the procedure laid down in the Brochure under the heading "How to book your Tour. Passengers must clear the entire billing amount of the tour atleast 15 days prior to departure date. Final payment must be made in Cash or Demand draft in favour of "Paras Holidays Pvt Ltd" payable Delhi. Cheque or Bank transfer is not acceptable. If we do not receive the final payment by this date, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation. In the case of billing errors, we reserve the right to re-invoice with correct pricing. In case of dishonoured cheques, passengers will have to pay Rs. 300/- per cheque. Cheque dishonoured is an offence and the company reserves the right to take legal action. The bookings will be processed only after the registration amount is paid in full. Incase the Schengen visa will be applied first & 1st Installment charged would be complete INR component of the package cost. Euro will be charged as per the Card rates. Service Taxes on the package will be charge extra. Tour Price The price quoted in our proposal or brochure has been calculated as per the rates prevailing at the time of printing this brochure. The company reserves the right to amend/alter the price published in this brochure in case of supplier rate fluctuations, currency fluctuations due to changes in the various cross rates of exchange, changes in various taxes, visa fees and/or fuel costs, before the date of departure. Any such increase in price must be paid for in full before tour departure by the passenger. In exceptional cases any increase in price on the tour must be paid in full by the guest on tour. Deviations If you wish to travel in advance i.e. before the published departure date as mentioned in the broucher or like to come back on later date after the tour ends, you are requested to pay deviation as per airlines (subject to availability of seats in the group booking class & ticket validity). The request for deviation should be given in writing at the time of booking as these requests are subject to availability and we are not holding seats for the same. The deviation request will be subject to availability and payment for the same does not guarantee the date requested. In case the dates requested by you are not available, we will allot alternate dates accordingly, subject to seat availability in the group booking class. Tour Price other than Ex-Delhi Tour price is based on departure from Delhi unless specifically mentioned. Passengers boarding flights from other places will have to pay the entire airfare difference and bear any additional expenses such as airport transfers, hotel stay etc. on your own. Visa All passengers travelling on a Paras Holidays /Holiday must be in possession of a valid visa. It is at the sole discretion of the Embassy / High commission/Authorities to ask for original documents/personal interview of the passengers at any time. However, as granting or rejecting visas is the sole prerogative of the concerned Embassy / High commission Authorities even after submitting all relevant documents, the company will not be held responsible for the same. In case the visa application is rejected by the concerned Embassy/consulate or authorities, due to incomplete /delayed documents furnished by the passengers or due to any other reason whatsoever, or there are errors in the date of visa granted or scanned photographs on the visa, the company shall not be liable or responsible for the same. All costs, charges in respect of the said application for the visa, shall be borne by the passenger. In case of visa delay or rejection for any reason 45 days prior to tour departure, company will levy an additional charge of Rs.10000/- per pax. If the passenger needs to cancel a tour due to rejection of visa or rejection of entry into the country, the cancellation charges of the company will be applicable and shall be payable by the client. There will be no refund if the client, or any member of his party, is unable to travel due to the said reasons. When two or more families are booked together as a Group, for example, brothers/ sisters/ relatives/ friends etc, Paras Holidays does not guarantee that they all can travel together. It is totally the discretion of the respective Embassy / High commission whether to grant the visas to all the members of families/ groups together or not. Embassy / High commission may grant the visa to one family/ person & refuse to the other. In such a situation, the Cancellation fee and rejection charges will be applicable to each member as per the Cancellation policy of Paras Holidays. Foreign Exchange It is binding on the passengers to get the required foreign exchange for the tour price from the foreign exchange division of the company. The passengers have to deposit equivalent Indian currency by cheque (minimum 15 working days in advance) or demand draft in favour of Paras Holidays Pvt. Ltd. Please note that rate of exchange applicable will be as per the day on which the foreign exchange is issued, and not the day on which the passenger has paid the cheque or demand draft (subject to realisation). Euro will be charged as per the Card rate. Insurance It is advisable to acquire adequate Overseas Travel Insurance cover for protection from any expenses such as medical, legal, hospitalization, accident ,etc. For most of the European countries, it is mandatory to obtain an Overseas Travel Insurance policy for the tour. Insurance claim is at the sole discretion of the Insurance company. Transfer from one Tour to another A transfer from the originally booked tour to another tour will be treated as a cancellation on that tour and a fresh booking on another. cancellation charges as stated herein will apply. Tour price and discounts available during fresh booking will be applicable. Discounts The company reserves the right to amend, alter, vary or withdraw any of the discounts without prior intimation. The discount is valid for limited number of seats and limited period only. The discount given to the passengers will be at the sole discretion of the company and may vary from passenger to passenger and for bookings done on different dates for the same tour. To avail the discount, passengers must pay the full registration amount at the time of booking itself. Cancellation All services such as airline seats/hotel accommodation/ ground transportation are pre blocked well in advance. We are liable to pay penalties to all our suppliers/ vendors if these services are released within the mentioned time frame. If the passengers want to cancel the tour due to any reason, they have to make an application in writing to that effect, along with the original

receipt issued by the company. Such cancellation will attract the cancellation charges given below: In case the passenger cancels his trip during the tour, no refund is possible. The passenger has to make own arrangements for the return journey. The air tickets are issued for group travel and are non refundable and non endorseable. Refund Refunds if any, for amendments and/or cancellations will be paid directly to the passengers by the company strictly by 'A/C payee' cheque, in Indian Rupees at the prevailing rate of exchange within 45 days, as per Reserve Bank of India Rules and Regulations, irrespective of whether the tour payments were in part or whole in foreign currency. No refund will be payable, for any unused portion of the tour, due to whatsoever reason. Important Conditions Passenger's signature on the booking form or paying the registration amount shall mean acceptance in totality of the 'Terms and Conditions' contained herein by the passenger/s. In case of one or more, but not all passengers signing the 'Booking Form', it shall be deemed that the others have duly authorised the concerned signing passenger/s. There is no contract between the company and the passenger until the company has received the initial registration deposit in accordance with the procedures in the brochure. The initial deposit just ensures a seat or participation on the tour but does not entitle any services such as air tickets, visas, hotel accommodations, until the full payment has been received. The full payment must be received in accordance with the procedures laid down in this brochure. If not paid in that time, the company reserves the right to cancel the booking with subsequent loss of deposit and apply the cancellation charges as mentioned herein. Liability Loss of Property or Life: Any death, personal injury, sickness, accident, loss, delay, discomfort, increased expenses, consequential loss and/or damage or any damage to baggage or personal effects howsoever caused; Any change in flight schedule or meals not being served; The company does not hold any responsibility for flight delays, rescheduling cancellation of flights and miss-connection occurred due to airline problem. Paras Holidays is not responsible for any alternate arrangements and the guest has no right to claim any loss or consequences arising due to the same. Any overstay expenses due to delay or changes in air, bus, ship, train or cancellation of special bogie or other services due to sickness, weather conditions, strike, war, quarantine, or any other cause whatsoever. Sightseeing missed and/or the program being curtailed after commencement of the tour and before the due period due to any unavoidable circumstances and any reason beyond our control such as political, natural calamity, monument under renovation, heavy rush at sightseeing places, road traffic congestion etc. All the loss or expenses will have to be borne by the passenger. Tourist baggage, Passport & other valuable items lost by the airlines or by independent contractor or their agents, hotel staff, bus/coach or while traveling etc. Company is not responsible. If any tourist loses baggage, passport, cash, jewellery or any other valuable due to theft or by any other reason whatsoever during the tour, company will not be responsible for the same. Entire responsibility of taking care of their valuables lie on the tourist. The coach drivers, mostly on international routes, are bound by specific Rules. Any sightseeing missed due to delay by any passenger is non-refundable. Special Note ** Even if a client is unable to reach a place of commencement of tour due to any reason whatsoever including loss of baggage or loss of travel documents, his booking shall be treated as No Show on the tour and 100% cancellation charges will be levied. ** If no sue/action is brought against us within one month of the last day of the tour, we shall be discharged from all liabilities under/or arising out of this contract and the client shall be deemed to have relinquished/abandoned all his rights under or arising from this contract. **The Visa prices that are indicated in your tour price box based on tariffs as of 01 Nov'11. The summer prices are not yet available but expected to be known by end March/early April. Should these elements of cost increase, the differential amount will have to be paid by the passengers. ** All necessary documents for Visa processing need to be submitted with in 15 Days from date of registration. If the booking date is with in 40 days of departure then documents need to be submitted with in 48Hrs of registration. All tours are subject to RBI/G.O.I rules for group tour passengers.
