SLAVAS SNOWSHOW PROMOTION TERMS & CONDITIONS

WHO CAN ENTER The Competition is open to all residents of Queensland, but employees of Channel Seven or their relatives are not eligible to enter. Entrants under the age of 18 must receive the permission of a parent or guardian before entering.

HOW TO ENTER Go to the Channel Seven Brisbane Facebook page and select the like button which will allow entry to the Channel Seven Brisbane Facebook page. To enter the competition, people must send an email to bnepublicity@seven.com.au, which includes their name and daytime phone number. Entrants may only enter once. The competition opens at 6:30pm (Brisbane time) on Saturday 15th June 2013 and closes at 4pm (Brisbane time) on Tuesday 18th June 2013 (Competition Period).

PRIZE There will be 5 winners who will win one (1) family of four (4) packages to SLAVAS Snowshow at the Lyric Theatre QPAC on Wednesday 26th June. Each family of four will receive four (4) A Reserve tickets to the show, four (4) show programs and four (4) standard drinks. Total maximum prize value of each Family package is $464 including GST. At least one person 18 years or older must participate in the prize or accompany the winner and his/her companions. The prize cannot be redeemed for cash and is not transferable or exchangeable. If the prize is lost or misplaced, it will be treated as forfeited by the winner. Independent financial advice should be sought as tax implications may arise as a result of accepting the prize.

In accepting the prize the winner agrees to participate in and co-operate with all reasonable media editorial requests, including but not limited to, being interviewed and photographed, and the winner grants the Promoter a perpetual and non-exclusive licence to use such footage and photographs in all media worldwide and the winner will not be entitled to any fee for such use. The winner agrees they will not sell or otherwise provide their story and/or photographs to any media or other organisation. It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner must comply with all the conditions of use of the prize and prize suppliers requirements. It is also a condition of accepting the prize that the winner (and any companions) may be required to sign a legal release in a form determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion.

HOW TO WIN The winner will be drawn from the pool of valid entries received within the Competition Period. The draw will take place on Tuesday 18th June 2013 at 4.15pm (Brisbane time) at Channel Seven Brisbane, Sir Samuel Griffith Drive, Mt Coot-tha, 4066. The winner will be contacted by email as soon as the draw has been conducted. If the prize is not redeemed, the prize will be forfeited and a further draw will be conducted to determine a new winner. The Promoters decision is final and the Promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding the result. The Promoter may in its absolute discretion deem entries invalid subsequently to a winner being notified or a winners name being announced if it i s discovered that the winner did not enter the Competition in accordance with these terms and conditions. In these circumstances, an additional draw will be conducted. Further information about the Competition can be obtained through the Seven Brisbane Facebook page.

NO LIABILITY The Promoter may communicate or advertise this competition using Facebook. The competition however, is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. Entrants are providing their information to the Promoter and not to Facebook. Each entrant completely releases Facebook from any and all liability. In the case of the intervention of any outside act, agent or event which prevents or significantly hinders Channel Seven Brisbanes ability to proceed with the Competition

on the dates and in the manner described in these terms and conditions, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strike, war, act of terrorism, the Promoter may in its absolute discretion cancel the Competition and recommence it from the start on the same conditions, subject to state government legislation. 5.3 Channel Seven Brisbane and their associated agencies and companies will take no responsibility for prizes damaged or lost in transit, or late, lost or misdirected mail. Channel Seven Brisbane and their associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any misadventure, accident, injury, loss (including but not limited to consequential loss) or claim that may occur: 5.4.1 during the draw; 5.4.2 in the participation or use of any element(s) of the prize; 5.4.3 as a consequence of late, lost or misdirected mail; 5.4.4 due to the broadcast of any program relating to the Competition or the publication of any material, including any statements made by any compere, staff member, journalist, other entrants or any other person; 5.4.5 in relation to failure of an SMS entry message to be received by the Promoter on account of technical problems or traffic congestion; or 5.4.6 arising from or related to any problem or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines or mobile communications network related to or resulting from participation in this promotion. 5.5 Channel Seven Brisbane assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries, and reserves the right to take any action that may be available, subject to state government legislation. If for any reason the Competition is not capable of running as planned, due to causes including but not limited to tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Competition, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, take any action that may be available, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Competition, subject to state government legislation.

Any personal details or information submitted in order to enter the Competition (including the transfer of information via the like feature) is being provided to Channel Seven Brisbane and not to Facebook. Entry details remain the property of Channel Seven Brisbane. Entrant's personal information will only be used for the purpose of conducting and promoting this Competition (including but not limited to determining and notifying the winner).
