Our students have the best opportunity to develop exceptional skills and knowledge for their future lives - whether they be academic, artistic, sporting or any other pursuits
Initiatives Focus on delivering our core subjects at the highest level possible Extend the use of technology to facilitate learning locally and accessing global content Ensure our teachers work closely together through all years and subjects Ensure a greater continuity and integration of curriculum from K-12 Leverage our co-operation and interchange with other providers (particularly Hutchins) Extend specialist teaching in Art/Drama to Years 3-6 Develop the criteria to assess which areas of sport, arts and outdoor activities should be focused on and resourced

Initiatives Establish a dedicated marketing and communication resource Develop communication and marketing strategies built on our vision, competitive advantage and values that include: - using the Fahan Girl concept based on our past and current student and teacher role models - developing a new slogan that our students relate to: Small School, Big Future - rebuilding the web-site - attracting international students - strengthening the relationship with Lipscombe Child Care Centres - building our Schools profile both in our community and with newcomers to our state

Use our School community to market the Fahan Girl concept. Consider: guest lectures artists in residence Alumni as mentors for Year 11-12 students promoting the Gerdy Jetvic award winners

Work with P&F and Alumni to support membership growth and their active involvement

Engage the teaching staff in embracing and promoting the School and its values Enhance relationship of Board with staff through regular contact
