Request

for Proposal

The purpose of this Request For Proposal (RFP) is to design two separate small solar/wind hybrid renewable energy systems in the state of Nebraska. Each project will be an off-grid system that will connect and power a small barn structure. Each project is directly inside the proposed route of the Keystone XL Pipeline. The barns will serve as grassroots meeting places for citizens and landowners to continue education and action on the risks of tarsands to our land and water. Each project will serve as a symbol of landowner rights, the protection of our most valuable natural resources, and energy independence.
