ICT can be used to improve the quality of mass education by enhancing educational content development, supporting administrative processes in schools and other educational establishments, and increasing access to education for both teachers and pupils via distance learning. It offers opportunities for students and young people, particularly those living in rural communities, to broaden their horizons and improve their employment prospects. The workshop is design for the staff of the mass education agency to equip them with all the technology skills required for mass literacy in the 21st century.

How have radio and TV broadcasting been used in mass education? What is teleconference and what have been its educational uses? How have computers and Internet been used for teaching and learning? Learning with computer and Internet Computers and Internet used in mass Education.
