MUNICIPALITY OF BACOLOD ) AFFIDAVIT / WAIVER OF RIGHTS / RELINGUISHMENT That WE, PRESCILLA O. MARCERA, widow, JERRY O. MARCERA, married, ELIZABETH M. OLIVEROS, married, LEAH A. MARCERA, widow, ALLAN O. MARCERA, married, all of legal ages, Filipino citizens, and residents of Minaulon, Bacolod, Lanao del Norte, after having been duly sworn to an oath in accordance with law, hereby depose and say: 1. That we are all legal heirs of the deceased Jose G. Marcera who died intestate on February 21, 2005 leaving a parcel of unregistered agricultural land situated at Minaulon, Bacolod, Lanao del Norte, declared under TD No. G1300257, known and identified as Cadastral Lot No. 1677, Cad 695, consisting and area of 3,008 square meters, more or less, more particularly bounded as follows: North Lot 1678, Cad 695, South Lot 1676, Cad 695, East Lot 6178, Cad 695, West Lot 1676, Cad 695; 2. That our father Jose G. Marcera was the survey claimant of this Cadastral lot, he has been in open, continuous, and uninterrupted possession of this property since time immemorial; 3. That as part of our understanding among all the heirs, this land shall appertain and be allocated to our sister, RUTH M. DUHAYLUNGSOD, of legal age, Filipino citizen, widow, and a resident of Minaulon, Bacolod, Lanao del Norte; 4. That said understanding was agreed among us a long time ago, and Ruth M. Duhaylungsod was the one who introduced improvements on this land particularly coconuts and occasional fruit trees, and was the one who paid all land taxes of this property; 5. That we hereby waive, or relinguish our rights, interest or participation on this Lot (Lot 1677, Cad 695) voluntarily and unconditionally; 6. That we are executing this affidavit to support her application for a Free Patent title with the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR), and for all other legal intents and purposes devoid of malice whatsoever. MARIBAO, of legal age, Filipino citizen, single, a resident of Purok 4, Poblacion Bacolod, Lanao del Norte, after having been duly sworn to an oath in accordance with law, hereby depose and say: 1. That I am the eldest child the spouses Metodio Maribao and Mildred Maata who were blessed with four legitimate children; 2. That I am twenty two(22) years old and in the whole part of my adulthood, I have never engage in an intimate relationship with a woman and I remain single up to this time; 3. That I am executing this affidavit to manifest the fact abovestated to support my documentary requirements for enlistment with the Philippine Army and for all other legal intents and purposes devoid of any malice whatsoever.
