If idea and reality are to be reconciled, it is vital that our owns towns and cities can offer a quality of life a vision of the loveable city which can be compete with the rural dreams in many peoples minds.
Passenger Walkway
Building at Kajang city centre already centralized which located close to each other. But, there is no pedestrian walkway. They need walk along building perimeter which is busy. So, good walking passages have to provide to ensure the safety and comfort for pedestrians. This is to encourage them to walk to their desire place.

New Kajang city is aiming cleanest and most beautiful cities. Additional green areas around residential, offices, landmark and commercial . There are extensive plans for developing new green spaces in thefuture or improving existing ones. And trees will pe palnted all along the road.
It is important in contributing to the quality of life in the city. Therefore, in some areas where there may appear to be over provision, this spaces provides for the recreational needs of a larger population. Kajang green retreats enhance its citizens physical and mental health and well-being.
(existing Kajang River) Our purpose then is to aid in healing of riverfront as a place of critical ecological importance, as well as a place for working and living. Where the river has been an excuse for dividing neighbourhood and peoples, we desire a place where people can come together. We concur with the view
that parks can create new value on adjacent lands , but also propose that a new ecology of parks is necessary that makes
productive use of the rich riverfront lands and waters, as well as the people on its shores.
Sustainable transport
Existing main road main road that connecting from other places to Kajang are Kajang Dispersal Link Expressway, Cheras-Kajang Expressway and Kajang-Seremban expressway. While the public transport that connect the Kajangtown and other city are commuter, bus rapid KL and taxi. The increasing reliance on private transportation, in particular private cars, has created considerable pressure on the roads network which caused the traffic congestion even not during peak hour.
Implementation of fully integrated transportation system to improve to the bus networks are being facilitated by MPKj providing

perimeter. This tramline system is utilizing the electric energy as power of movement. This electricity power produced by municipal waste.
The interchange is at existing KTM kajang. People will take a tram to go
into a city centre which has several station around city centre

Upgrading Drainage
Poor drainage in Kajang that has caused major floods in the area. Increasing urbanization has caused problems with increased flash flooding after sudden rain. As areas of vegetation are replaced by impermeable concrete, tarmac or roofed areas the area loses its ability to absorb rainwater. This rain is instead directed into surface water drainage systems, often overloading them and causing floods.
To overcome this problem, OSD system will be used. OSD restricts the rate that stormwater leaves a site to a discharge which will not cause increased flooding anywhere
Each new residential area, each house will be installed with OSD tank to store the water and will slowly release after rainy season
Each commercial and offices building will have their own OSD system where basement car park can be used as OSD. Hence replacement of existing drainage with permeable drainage can solve this problem. Permeable drainage can reduce the volume of discharge to the river.
Relocation
In order to improve Kajang, we proposed relocation of old building located at Lorong Mendaling to new area located at Jalan Minang. The existing area too compact and give a pollution and bad scenary for the river. By relocating the area, It will be used to improve existing road
phosphorus. The biogas is produce in the waste water treatment plant and then upgraded it to be used in the public transport as well as private cars. The excess heat in sewage water is recovered for domestic electricity. By that, we can say there is no water being reused.

Everybody in Nadayu is part of eco cycle. This will be call Nadayu model and deals with energy, waste , sewage and water for both housing and offices
Waste-to-energy
Kajang need to turn waste into valuable resource. This is because it can become profitable businesses. Wastes are free to obtain and with a little bit of proper management and efforts, waste can be turn into money. The principle of using household waste for producing electricity, reducing the amount of waste sent to landfill and replacing fossil fuels with combustible waste need to be developed and practise. Thus, the result?? No household municipal waste ends up in landfill.
So that in the future, householders have access to district cooling, produced partly by energy extracted from wastes they produced.
The Kajang STP will be developed as an underground facility with ground/area above the STP developed as a leisure park with sports, recreational, administratio
It is proposed that the large aerated lagoons to be upgraded to a mechanized Kajang STP to alleviate the current situation. The new centralized waste water treatment facility will generate standard A effluent in accordance with the Environmental Quality (Sewage) Regulation 2009.
A compact treatment facility using Advanced A2O process together with sludge treatment and dewatering facilities will be constructed. This is to replace the existing aerated lagoons, which will incorporate anaerobic digestion with solid dewatering. A 1.5 million PE sludge management facility will be constructed to treat and manage the waste biological sludge, with the provision of bio gas power generation facility.
