2. Dynamic heating pyrolysis equipment with high efficiency

The pyrolysis reactor use dynamic heating pyrolysis equipment with high efficiency, the rotary pyrolysis reactor shell is heated under the uniform rotation; it can be quickly and evenly passed to pyrolysis material. Due to the material change the heating position continuously, material heating no dead ends ,heating evenly, high temperature change to low temperature to catalytic pyrolysis, reduce noncondensable gas, increase material output of oil yield, and the pyrolysis equipment inner shell coking less, reactor shell surface oxidation phenomena of split minor, extend the service life of the device.

3. Add the fractional distillation system

Since add the distillation system , can finish <150C low boiling distillates and >150C high boiling distillates separation at a time, pyrolysis oil dont need secondary processing, Optimize technology process, improve the equipment operation, and reduce a one-off investment costs, production costs and operation costs.

4. Adopt anaerobic or poor oxygen pyrolysis technology

Feeding and discharging auto sealing operation, material under the anaerobic or poor oxygen condition proceed pyrolysis reaction, smoothly process and totally and completely, not only improve the oil yield but also reduce noncondensable gas and carbon black output, also provide the assurance of safety for pyrolysis equipment.

5. Improve the heating mode

Rotary reactor make the way of direct burning, add the flue heat exchanger, exchange restructuring oil and waste heat recovery, increase the heat energy recycling and reduce production costs.

Pyrolysis plant process flow

This plant supply automatic feed and automatic deslagging device, for make easy to feed and deslagging quickly, improve work efficiency. Pyrolysis process not need remove the silt, water, and steel etc. impurity; can take the waste tire, rubber, waste plastic and organic waste into the micro negative pressure process reactor. Raw material will through the high temperature heating to pyrolysis , get the mixture oil gas , and then through multistage segregator, multifunction refining tower to filter dealing, and the oil gas pass through cooling system get the good quality fuel oil. The whole process connect with micro negative pressure process system, this system can make the pressure of interior under the micro negative pressure. The waste gas from reactor pyrolysis, one part make the use of waste heat through the special pipe to multifunction refining tower, and then enter into the counter-current wet dust removal process device, after reach the standard discharge; the other part some of noncondensable gas through the safety water seal to gas recycle system, as heating material burning.
