The course can be presented, globally; on site at any customer location in your region / country provided we have a minimum of 10 fee paying delegates. Dates and costs can be provided on request. Note:- The optimum group size is 10; the maximum number of delegates for any course is12.

Practical (The hands-on sections take up approximately 25% of the total course) Installing and removing seal cartridge, from compressor.
(Demonstration in Manchester/Singapore/Perth only). Assembling and dismantling the seal cartridge demonstration. Course Assessment Assessment of delegates (written tests, and assessment during hands-on sessions) Remedial action Certification for successful delegates

More than 1/4 of the delegates time on the course will be spent working in a hand on environment, working with decommissioned seals. Practical real time installation training is provided during the course. (UK Training centre only).

(Important Note; John Crane does not recommend the operation/use of un-tested Dry Gas Seal Cartridges in rotating Equipment, If a Seal cartridge is disassembled it should be retested. Seal cartridges can only be tested at a John Crane Gas Seal Group authorised Facility).
