Trainer in After Effects up to expert level (with broadcast experience in this field) 5. Trainer in FCP X 6. Trainer in Adobe Premiere 7. Trainer in AVID FX up to expert level (with broadcast experience in this field) 8. Trainer in Adobe Media Encoder 9. Trainer in Smoke 2013 10. Trainer in Lightworks 11. Trainer in Adobe Photoshop (with commercial experience in this field) 12. Trainer in Pro Tools (with commercial experience in this field) 13. Trainer in MPEG Streamclip (with broadcast experience in this field) 14. Creative Skillset Trainer in Broadcast Workflow 15. Trainer in Cinematography workflow (Red, Alexa, BMD etc.) 16. Trainer in working with LUTs in Arri Looks and RED Cine X 17. Trainer in Da Vinci Resolve Lite & full Resolve Surface including monitor calibration 18. Trainer in Apple Color (with broadcast experience in this field) 19. Camera Trainer. Practical use, including all menus / functionality & workflow of cameras: Red Alexa Sony (full range) Panasonic (full range) Canon JVC etc. 20. Trainer and lecturer in Lens craft / focal length / lens mounts / lens data 21. Be a master of High-speed filming (Southern Vision, Phantom etc.) understanding all the variables required for a high quality outcome with at least 50+ shoots under your belt. 22. Trainer in practical use and health & safety of grip equipment: Steadicams (pilot, merlin etc.)

Trainer in all filters and health & safety etc. for lighting: Gels Spun Scrim Flags Silks Magic Arms 25. Trainer in DSLR Timelapse photography 26. Data Wrangler Trainer (including DIT) 27. Trainer in Directing and Director of Photography 28. Trainer in on-set procedures 29. Trainer in Blocking (similar to Hollywood Camerawork model) 30. Lecturer in the science of cameras (F-Stops, Depth of Filed, ISO, Sensors, Compression and Rarefaction of space, Codecs etc.) 31. Lecturer in the science of light (Inverse Square law, Electromagnetics, Mired shifts, Spot vs. Meter etc.) 32. Lecturer in the craft of Editing (timing, emotion etc.) 33. Must have worked on at least 200 broadcast programmes in both production & postproduction 34. Must have worked on Feature Films in both production and postproduction 35. Must have won several industry awards 36. Must be a member of an Industry society (such as a voting BAFTA full member) and represent them in Education 37. Must network and be a committee member of a related society (such as the Royal Television Society) and represent them in Education 38. Must have managerial experience, Team Leader responsibilities; represent their department to the executives and train fellow staff members.

 39. Must keep an active freelance profile to keep up with trends and networking. 40. Must specify, test and purchase all broadcast and film equipment (hundreds of thousands of pounds), ensuring all purchasing decisions are future-proof. This includes making sure all workflows are user-proof. This relates to all cameras, edit suites, audio, lights etc.
