Colleagues:
Attached please find a new and improved Tier A-B Matrix that reflects where I
hope we will stand as of COB today. A few items to consider:
1) I urge each of you to review this matrix with the utmost care. Any
discrepancies with your team's calendar and this matrix must be reconciled
immediately, and so I ask for your cooperation in keeping the Commission, quite
literally, on the same page.
2) if you have any additions or corrections to either tier, please let me
(cc'ing Dan Leopold) know.
3) You will notice that we have already started to schedule Tier A interviews.
The date, time, and location of each interview is noted on the matrix itself.
As you know, Dan L. is coordinating all Tier A interviews.
4) Attached please also find a list of outstanding interview requests, mostly
for Tier B. The individuals listed should complete these letters next week,
using the templates that I have provided, please draft the letters according to
my suggested assignments (if you feel that the assignments were made in error,
please adjust accordingly). YOU may then forward them to Steve, and he will
seek FO approval on your behalf.
I cannot underscore the importance of making this last push. Although it is
time-consuming to craft each letter, an investment in this process will
ultimately result in a more flexible interview schedule for everyone.
Finally, I will be on leave all of next week. I know this is quite a farewell
email, but I hope it will help keep the Commission on the right track.
